The worst real estate company to do business with! Rented a house for 3 years, never late on the rent. House was cleaned when we moved out ( So glad I took lots of pictures!) They charged us for painting one bedroom $100. They charged us for a drain that was clogged, they charged a towel rack that was never there, they charged for a toilet paper holder that was a Charmin s scented roller that fell apart, charged to clean a clean house, and so much more. They harassed us the entire time we were there coming every 6 months and taking pictures of our personal belongings and us, they charged for light bulbs that were burned out when we moved in! These people took money from checking account without permission!
Let's NOT forget about all the black mold! Paint does not take care of that problem! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT FROM DOTHAN REAL ESTATE TEAM!

Completely unprofessional and selfish we've had a leak in our house for months a few years back and it has been put in the portal and they simply ignored it and the landlord was actually a pretty garbage individual and when we stopped paying on the lease they kept coming over our house demanding we pay the rent and we still had a leak coming from the upstairs shower down to the living room I'd advise people to not rent from these folks bc they just want your money and have no regards for the issues that's at your home
