Crunkleton is a great group to work with! Eric St. John helped me find the perfect location at Lincoln Mill for my new office, and Shelby Smith and her team did a phenomenal job finishing the build out and renovation so that I could move in and get to work. Even now, the mill overall is still under renovation, but Shelby does a great job responding to concerns and making sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for the tenants.

We began looking for a new facility for our medical clinic in 2016 due to the growth of our business. After asking for some guidance on commercial realtors dealing with medical space in the area, Crunkleton and Eric St John's names were recommended to us repeatedly. Eric was quick to respond to our inquiries and was able to help us rapidly tour different facilities and identify properties of interest that met the restrictive requirements we had for our advanced primary care business model. This was our first solo commercial property acquisition/renovation and the collaborative model that Crunkleton provided was tremendously valuable to us. Eric assisted us in selecting and vetting general contractors, architects, commercial bankers and even put us in touch as needed with sub contracting specialists for AV and furnishings. The coordination of these meetings was handled by the Crunkleton staff and hosted at the Crunkleton office, which is very modern and professional. Given that we were continuing to run our business and design our new space, not having to add this coordination to our existing work load was outstanding. The assistance and support of the Crunkleton team far exceeded my expectations and began well before closing on the property and continued until the renovation was completed over 6 months later. Our project was not a huge one, or one with immediate additional revenue opportunities, but the Crunkleton team went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this group of professionals if you are looking for a commercial realtor in the Huntsville area.
