I wish I could give Remax of Barnegat 10 stars and that is because we had Judy Smith as our agent. We were just looking at the time in this area and had no agent but fell in love with her listed home. We were lucky enough to buy and we loved dealing with her so much we asked her to sell our home. She sold our home in 2 weeks and she was extremely professional, supportive and overall amazing! She is trustworthy and hardworking. After putting an offer on a property, realtor would not respond to follow up texts/calls. I decided then to reach him directly through the main office. The listing agent of the property was extremely unprofessional in his tone when speaking to me. I felt disrespected and appalled by the comments he made about my offer, insinuating that "something was wrong with my head'. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE !!! EXTREAMLY UNPROFESSIONAL !

I have a lis penance ( Lien ) on a property this office has listed . I advised Ashley Smith that they need to disclose the lien for potential buyers in the MLS but she became very rude to ma and hung up the phone . I also advise the board of realtors that I had a lien on the property that would probably not be settled for months even years . They also seemed to turn a blind ear and said the Broker was responsible to disclose this info on the MLS . Now there is a contract on the property and the buyers have just now been made aware of the lien and the fact they can't buy the property . If I was the Buyer I would file a law suit against the broker and his agents for non disclosure and damages !! There are so many other realtors out there .. do not take a chance on these unethical , unprofessional house showers and order takers .. they clearly are not seasoned realtors !!
