Amanda Guide was mine and my fiance's realtor. I really cannot put into words how incredible she was. I have known Amanda for years and when it was time to search for a house, Amanda is who we needed. Trying to find a house in a market that we are experiencing currently was next to impossible. Amanda was there for us through it all. She was determined and believed she would find us a house even when it felt like it would never happen. She fought for us, was optimistic, and was beyond reliable. Whenever we wanted to see a house, Amanda immediately got us in. My fiance and I have opposite schedules and Amanda was kind enough to show us houses separately and twice just so that we could get an offer in if we needed. When we found our house, she went above and beyond to make sure it was the perfect house for us and for the perfect price. We really would be lost without Amanda. We actually miss spending our weekends looking at houses with her but are very grateful she found us our first home. If you are looking for an agent that can exceed your expectations, you need to contact Amanda!!

They pay lead generation services to get your contact info then call you at 8 am. If I wanted to use your service I would have contacted you. Don't cold call me then text me after not answering telling me your my neighbor. You don't know anything about me or where I live. Do not recommend.

Allison Wright was extremely professional. She took all my wants and needs and was sure to show me properties that matched. She was accommodating to my schedule for the showings for both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home. I highly recommend working with Allison for both the sale or purchase of your homes. She is very attentive to the details, follows up in a timely manner and has your best interest top of mind. She truly works for you!

I gave an offer on a house that Anita was representing and she just kept pushing us off for a week and a half. Meanwhile I found out that Anita had accepted another offer and was in contract. This is very frustrating, Anita and her team have been playing games with us the whole time. They are not honest.. and treated us very badly.
I’m addition, a friend of mine experiences this same thing with Anita a month ago with the same house.
They are playing games on innocent buyers and it is completely unethical.

Anita was very knowledgeable and accommodating - showing us a lot of land but also going out of her way to show us similar other new builds to help us get a feel for the lot and community. She even moved around her schedule to make it work with our very tight schedule. Thank you Anita!

Keller Williams shore properties is a horrible company. They took advantage of my mother who is handicapped and is in a wheelchair. My mother is also a surviving spouse of a war hero that died due to his war related injury. He served in the Air Force Marines and Army, Carolyn Facciponti did not have her interest best at hand. She referred her to a home inspector and stressed in writing and verbally this is who keller Williams shore properties trust. So we used the home inspector they referred us to use . This Home inspector I wouldn’t even refer my enemy to not alone someone who took an oath to have their clients interest best at hand. I can’t understand why they would trust A home inspector that missed the roof that wasn’t done correctly along with other things. Caroline Facciponti told us that she was going to call to see if the permit was filed and also that the work was inspected and closed. That was a lie. She did not do that. We found out there was never a permit. She kept stressing that there was a new roof a The roof has been leaking so I reached out to her broker Mike Little. He came out to see the roof. When he was there he apologized and said he was going to take responsibility and get it fixed. He asked me if there was anything else the inspector missed, I was thrown back by that and I told him yes but I did not expect him to fix the other two things .He said he wanted to so I told him about the vent in the kitchen and the fireplace cap. So Mike Little called a contractor that he knew and he hired him. That contractor ended up being a no call no show for about a month. We decided not to use him and Mike said he was going to get someone else. When Mike little got the proposal from the new contractor that’s when he backed out. Mike little said he was not going to fix it because of the price. Also we had a tarp bungeed onto the roof to try to keep the water out until it gets fixed. Mike little went over put screws in the side of the roof to hold on the tarp which made the roof leak even more. I told him he damaged it more and he needs to fix it and he told me I was insane. I had told Mike Little how it smelled like stagnant water and he said to open a window knowing that my mom is in a wheelchair and my daughter has leukemia. Mike little played games for months which allowed the leak in the sun room to get worse and he doesn’t care. Save yourself a headache and don’t use this company.

They were the listing agent for a property I bid for. My bid was accepted but they waited three days before getting the sellers to sign. At this time they had me raise my offer. I did and then after going completely through attorney review they delayed the seller signing the contract they said I would have to go up another 10k or they would go to another secret bidder.they have no integrity or ethics. NEVER TRUST THE WITH A DEAL.
