Had my truck towed here, They had it fixed the next day, only to not have it properly fix it! It shut down on me again two days later. They didn't fix the problem they covered it up by turning off the check engine light. And I had to have it towed again to another shop to accurately and actually have it fixed RIGHT!. HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO COME HERE AGAIN

I would like to thank the Service Manager Cindy Matthews and her assistant Amy Granberry for excellent customer service and support. This was my third time visiting the Dothan, AL location just because of the high quality of service and professionalismI received from the first visit. They look you in your eyes and listen to what you have to say about the issue you may have and then take action right away, to get you in and out. Keybo and Joe, the technician did a great job and has the trust of the managers. First time I've been there in years because I moved and am rarely down there anymore. Cindy got me straight in. They fixed problem, temporarily (lasted 2-3 days). But in their defense, no one else has done any better in last several attempts. Taking it back next week. Update: On take back, tech did some out of box thinking. Fixed problem and issue still resolved. Prior, it was going to shop for same issue every few weeks.

Still waiting on the part to fix my torn driver seat. It SHOULD be under warranty as this is a new truck anr the tear was reported at 13,000 miles. I'm at 58.5 now...

650.00$ for them to tell me they don’t know why my battery’s have a hard time starting my truck when it would start. No answers or solutions. I went home and tested individual batteries 2 were as dead as can be one bulging ready to explode replaced all batteries no more problems. Freightliner couldn’t do that? This place is a rip off!

Brought my 16 FL Cascadia with no AC, shop gave me a diagnosis, replaced the AC compressor and was ready to go same day. Outstanding service and sold me a few parts too and even showed me how to replace one of my mirrors. Always a pleasure dealing with Four Star in the South. Good work guys.
