Just returned from a week in LBI and this house was outstanding! Great location, quiet street and great proximity to the beach. The house is in exceptional condition and is spread out enough that our family of 9 never felt like we were on top of one another. We loved the many decks available, especially the one right off of the kitchen. The backyard is fabulous and the pool and hot tub were loved by everyone! Can’t wait to return next year!

This rental was absolutely perfect for a week with the family.

The location is excellent, short walk to the beach, some good restaurants and shops, and a perfect area for riding bikes (4 bikes provided by owners)

Aside from the great location, the house itself is GORGEOUS. You can tell the owners put ton of care and style into decorating and making it feel comfortable and chic. There is lots of available parking, a great pool area with seating and grill, lovely porch off the kitchen and balcony off the living room, amazing roof deck, and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen with supplied devices.

Finally, the hosts themselves were communicative, easy to work with, and overall extremely pleasant. 10/10.

Awesome beach house. The owners recently renovated this house that I've been coming to for years and it is fantastic.

There are so many different areas of the property to enjoy. The rooftop deck, the hot-tub, pool and grill area, and of course the main house with comfortable seating for large crowds.

It's a short walk to the beach right down the block and the strip with restaurants and bars.

The owners were very responsive to all of our needs and easy to communicate with.

Overall, it had everything we could ask for. I highly recommend this property.

Has such an amazing Memorial Day Weekend at the this house. They have plenty of bedrooms, it was clean and updates and a TON of beach activities. Also we loved the sketch picture of Riley (chocolate lab). Will definitely rent in the future again!

Could not ask for more from a home on LBI. House is spectacular...brand new, clean, spacious, pool, hot tub. Everything first class. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Great location - wonderful accommodation. Extremely comfortable rental home on LBI - 1 block to beach. Sleeps 10-12pp comfortably. Ping Pong, Foosball, outdoor cooking and fires, home-wifi, and great sound system. Another plus - Close to Nardi's (less than a block) making night time activities safe and fun!!
