Pattie is amazing and I am so happy I was able to work with her! She is so responsive, honest and knowledgeable. Pattie is the absolute best in the area- we chose Pattie Romano to sell all three of our homes. She knows the area, rules, restrictions, everything she could possibly know to help you have a smooth transition and sale. She is beyond knowledgeable and works tirelessly to get your sale completed in the time frame you ask for . Sometimes I’d call her late at night with questions and she was always available to us. I don’t know that I’ve ever met anyone with this level of confidence, dedication and commitment. When we needed a realtor to sell my mothers home, there was no one else I would have wanted other then Patty Romano. We had heard from others what an excellent realtor she was so we with a friends recommendation and we were not disappointed. Patty was very knowledgeable about the area where the home was being sold and what needed to be done in order for the home to be ready to be put on the market. Patty was caring and went over any questions that we had which helped making the selling process much easier. Patty was able to sell the home with-in 4 weeks which we did but think would happen. I would highly recommended her as a realtor to anyone who is ready to buy or sell a home.

Patti is not only an amazing and knowledgeable realtor, she is an incredible person. She made the sale of our house very smooth as she kept in touch with the buyers realtor and us on a daily basis.
