They don't answer questions asked why needed a cosigner haven't had to ever need a cosigner, but they didn't answer that question. Also, they aren't very kind towards retired military.

Be careful. We rented with them for a year. We were not getting sewer bills. We called them twice because we were concerned and they said it was paid. They paid first 6 months of sewer. Now that we moved out they are back charging us and not giving us our deposit back. Grass was also cut once a month if we were lucky. A little embarrassing when you are in a neighborhood that keeps up with their lawns.

I’ve live at Shadow Ridge for a few years now and this place is great. It’s quiet, the staff is nice, the maintenance gets done fairly quick, and the complex is nice and clean. There is a pool here that I look forward to every year.

Also this place is super military friendly. With Scott AFB only 15 minutes away this place offers that feeling where you are still close to work but also just far enough away where you feel comfortable. 5 out of 5 stars for me. I recommend this place to everyone I know that is looking for places to live.

I've lived in the Fountain View Townhomes for almost a year now and its been a great experience. My townhome is beautiful! I've only had 1 or 2 small maintenance issues which were resolved within hours. The property is well maintained. Tenants here take pride in how their property looks and are respectful to others. The ladies in the office are nice and super helpful. Mascoutah is a quiet, safe, family friendly area. Theres also a new walking trail that runs behind the tow homes which is convenient. Less than 10 minutes from Scott air force base and they offer a military discount on your rent. Highway access right up the road. All around wonderful place to live and great company to rent from.
