We went with a group of 10-11. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was fun, and price was excellent.

It's a small town steakhouse with all the good things implied by that. It's rustic decor and they know how to cook steak or chicken fried steak really well. I haven't had everything they make but would bet it's all tasty.

Sides of fried okra and coleslaw were excellent. Mashed potatoes others had looked great.

They kept my coffee filled.

Will go back.

I come here almost every Sunday and I have never been disappointed once. The food is amazing, the servers are extremely nice and did I mention the food is amazing?

My friend and I went for lunch on Wednesday. We were immediately greeted and we sat by the window in a booth. Our server was upbeat, smiling, and efficient. I ordered the Reuben & fries. My friend had the burger & fries. The food was delicious and the soda was refilled without asking. The restroom was clean and there was lots of parking. We will return.

Nice atmosphere inside, but we frequently order to go. Homemade soups and flatbreads are good. Great prime rib and pork steak. Gorgonzola pasta with steak is very good. Brussel sprouts order as a side are bacon wrapped (one of our favorites).

We tried brunch for the first time recently and while the quantity was great for the price we were a little let down by the quality (biscuits and French toast could be better in taste) and the advertised $3 mimosas with flavoring are more like dry champagne with flavoring (no orange juice like a mimosa) so that was bit disappointing. Overall a reliable restaurant with a nice variety on the menu.

Updated Review: Their Fried Chicken is so delicious, the best item on the menu!!! Hubby's prime rib was just ok and their steaks are cooked on a grill. Baked Potato was dark and old,replaced with a different one. Green Beans, some were fresh, some were dark and old tasting. And there was a hair in his green beans. This visit was just mediocre. Chicken is the best. Chicken and dumplings are homemade but not much chicken added.

This is a good steak house, it's just not great. The atmosphere is also ok,just not great. Maybe I don't go to steak houses enough because I about fell out of my chair when I saw the prices. If you want a steak it's going to cost you. Probably $35 a plate,or more. I got a Ruben sandwich with fries. It was very good. Wife got prime rib. She said it was good. Again good not great. All in all this place is good. I'd come back. But if you're looking for that fancy steak house experience
this isn't it.

We arrived on Friday night around 730 . They were very busy and had to wait while they cleaned a table off for us . What impressed me the most was . Every employee and there were 6 or 7 that walked by while we waiting asked us if we had been helped out yet . Kudos to the owners and staff on that for sure.
Our waitress sandy was very good also.
The homemade bread to start the meal was excellent. Very airy and actually had taste to it .
I ordered the 24oz porterhouse medium rare and it was cooked perfectly to my liking .
My wife enjoyed the seafood ravioli as well . All of our food was cooked expertly and arrived in reasonable time frame.

Always have had a great experience here! Wish more people knew about this hidden gem. Great steaks and brussel sprouts. Awesome little bar in the back with super friendly bar tenders . Go for the tall Paulander ! 🍺🍺🍺
