We leave in the trailer court in yakima we been calling you guys and leave messages for almost a month regarding the swer been full now it's getting inside our home we're not able to shower or go to the bathroom because of that you guys need to have a maintenance guy in site for any emergency but not even that what a disappointment

I moved in to the park lane place condos in North bonneville that are ran by this property management. At the time there was a onsite manager and I didn't have to deal with the actual property management. Before moving in I had to clean the place myself because it was dirty and I had to shampoo the carpets multiple times because the animal smells and animal hair. The garage had multiple big holes in it and the garage door was broken and not able to be opened, those were promised to be fix many times but never happened. The whole time living there I didn't have a lock on my sliding back door and there was a stick to use the whole time that I lived there. Also multiple times they promised that it would get fixed. We always had to fix things ourselves in order for it to be fixed properly . They could never hold any maintenance crew long enough for things to actually get done that neededto be done. The only time they seemed to care about anything period is when it came to money. Not to mention all the black mold in every single unit there is enough to make people very sick. But they will just cover those issues with paint. If dealing with this management really look things over carefully

Well, the lady I spoke to through deer meadows was very rude. One lady at the park has been saying she's the manager for like 2 months even though she's clearly not the manager. Even verified that with deer meadows. The Trask river park in Tillamook is extremely full of random sketchy people parked in places that clearly are not lots. They won't even tell you how big the lot is that you're renting which is crazy considering people pay rent for the Lot. They don't maintain anything at all. Next door neighbors were plugging in to other people's outside power outlets while they're at work. They're in investment firm, they don't care about the tenants at all. I would avoid anything that they have to do with at all costs. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't stay at any of the properties that this company owns. THEY DON'T CARE about paying customers or customer service at any level of their businesses. My husband and I have stayed at Alderwood Rv Resort on and off for roughly 9 months and have experienced many things. This trip we paid for space #79 (the one we always have) and 12 days into our 30 day stay (which we paid for a month in advance) we were told that we would have to move for electrical work to be done for space #80 & 81. The manager thought that it would only take a day or so because we wanted to move back in 79. On 9/8/22 we told the manager that we would like #93 cleaned up because it had tall weeds, pinecone and dirt. She said that she put a work order in to do so. Needless to say NOTHING happened so my husband and I had to clean it up and pull weeds!!! Maintenance around here does absolutely nothing! The site's are really tight and because nothing gets done you either have a problem opening slides or awnings! Trees and bushes NEED TRIMMED!! I have called the corporate office 3 times about this current stay and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! (Again, they have your money and they just don't care) They claim on other Alderwood reviews "this will be addressed immediately " What a joke, because it will never happen. We WON'T BE BACK!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. As of 9/25/22 nothing has happened in space 79. NO REASON TO MOVE US AT ALL!!! Bad customer service!

We moved in about two weeks ago and have been welcomed by friendly
staff and neighbors. Some of them have lived here over 15 years! Although the monthly rent is a little higher than we anticipated, the place is clean and well managed.

I'm a resident at a Torres property, which I believe is also deer creek? Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm frustrated and gave a 1☆ review because of lack of communication and the issues in my unit going unattended because I have no idea who to contact since the management company that Torres hired, that I was trying to go through, messaged me the day they were supposed to actually get me help and informed me that they would actually not be able to help and that I needed to contact Torres properties. When I tried this, I was completely thrown off that not only the email but the phone number as well no longer worked. I'm also frustrated that my Google review gets answered immediately but my email i sent to you goes unanswered. I wouldn't have even known about deer creek if I hadn't had talked to a neighbor. As I received no notice from Torres or Deer creek.

Zero customer service. Employees are hard to contact. The RV park could be burning down and there is literally NO ONE to call outside of 9-4 M-F. They close the office for weeks at a time with no way to get mail or have issues resolved. Amenities we pay for in our monthly rent (cable, internet, pool, rec room, and grounds maintenance) don’t work or are closed with no access because the office lady is MIA. Cable has been broken for 5 months and internet goes out for days at a time and the office lady just says, “well it works in here”. When we have tried to call the main office in Vancouver (4 times now) to lodge complaints and speak with a supervisor. We have been told that we would receive a call back. After 4 calls over 2 months...this still has not happened. They don’t care about their patrons at all. DO NOT stay at a Deer Point Meadows property...you will end up regretting it.

These people are con artists. They manage the Westport RV park and motel in Westport,WA. The place is run down and management are very unprofessional. We made reservations and when we arrived the accommodations were not as advertised. When we questioned the staff, they told us to leave and would not refund our money.
