An anonymous neighbor pretended to be a member of the HOA and claimed to file complaints against us. Instead of asking us about it, Meyer pretending to have a normal inspection, then came in and took pictures of stuff without our permission and then tried to threaten us. House was and is fine, don’t expect Meyer to work with you as a tenant. Would not rent from again.

Also, if you are a property owner Meyer obviously never was proactive on upkeep but only responded after multiple complaints. We saw our landlord multiple times fly in to make repairs himself.

Moved out when lease was up.

This is the worst experience with this properties. We have submitted an application recently and also provided all the documents. After providing all the documents I called up the properties to know the status of our application the person who answered call from other side clearly told that all the paperwork and documents are good and done from our side and decision is pending from properties side. I also clearly asked if there are any other applications in review on the property that we have applied they said they have none. when I called today exactly after a week to inquire about our application status they are saying that they never received cosigner application and they have a approved another application. we even didn't receive any rejection mail in response. This is the service they have provided and the way they have reacted to us is worst and even never expected.

The team at Meyer Properties is excellent. Nick, Katie and Sam are always able to be reached at any time of the day and always have a positive, can do attitude. When my garbage disposal went out a service man came the very same day. I have rented from Meyer Properties for three years and every concern has been handled with the utmost professionalism in a timely manner. The roof was recently replaced and Sam called two days prior informing me, which was very thoughtful, so I could move my car out of the garage for that day. Meyer Properties hire the best people to maintain the property as well. I am very pleased with the maintenance of the snow removal and lawn service. Overall, I have to give them 5 stars because I find renting from them makes my life better! Thank you Sam, Katie and Nick---keep up the good work!

I have had a great experience with Katie and the Meyer Property Group! In my year renting with Meyer, had two maintenance requests which were addressed same day by Brad and he was amazing. I would highly recommend Meyer and would love to stay if I wasn't heading into STL for work!

Update: this company has continued to ignore the aforementioned maintenance requests - I need to go through the property owner to get anything done (so what exactly is the point of Meyer’s “management”?). Additionally, an employee with a history of harassing tenants and fabricating stories to try and cause friction between tenants and owners continues to be employed by this company. If you must work with Meyer, I recommend requesting NOT to work with Jacob.

Not the worst property management I've worked with but not the best. We've had some out-of-order light/electrical since moving in and have submitted multiple maintenance requests, but nothing has happened. They're also supposed to have our HVAC inspected annually and no sign of that either despite reminders from us.

My husband and I rented from Meyer Properties for a year while our house was being built. The staff was great to work with. Sam was always responsive immediately. If we had any maintenance, Dave was right there taking care of us. They were very flexible to work with and our property was always clean. I would highly recommend using them for any property in town.

Meyer Properties was great to work with when renting! Every maintenance request was tended to in a timely manner. Nick was great at answering any and all of our questions. I would rent from them again in a heart beat if I still lived in the area!

From these perspectives, we have been very satisfied with their management services. The communication with the management staff has been prompt, courteous and informative. Whether it is a needed repair, update or just a courtesy call. Due to these qualities and years of experience in the rental market, we will continue using their services in the future.
