Jennifer Miller was a great real estate agent to represent me as the buyer. Jennifer is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Jennifer made contact out of office hours to ensure the closing date. I was very inexperienced - the most help came with an actual good inspector recommendation (not just to ensure the sale as many realtors will do). Jennifer is also very good to point out aspects of the home you may not have considered (ex: termite inspection). I also had a radon inspection and I was glad I did! Will use again.

There was almost no communication from the agent. I often felt anxiety when I needed to ask any question about a property or to try to schedule a showing. There was almost always no response but when she did it was passive-aggressive.
We live in a different state so scheduling showings was very difficult.. not on our part but the agents. We tentatively had showings scheduled for the weekend and I texted on Tuesdsy to see if the schedule was set so we could plan our trip down and she responded " I am handing you off to a team member because I'm too busy and she's not." She should have done this from the beginning of our interactions. So much time and energy was wasted. We have found a new realtor who is a pleasure to work with and who immediately scheduled multiple showings.

I would not recommend this agent.
