Service was Great, Bryan was professional and efficient. Brody for real helped out for real like really damn near got all the water up after it flooded like a pool in here.I live in a garden apartment and we're on the bottom floor really underground basement level so when the drain was blocked up in the water had no one go it but in the crib and It almost (really did) had the whole living room flooded. But luckily he was able to come through and was able to get the water out so we can at least try to let dry so the maintenance people can come replace it with hardwood.

I live in one of there properties. This management company is the worst. It's been some of the coldest days and ice outside the building and the didn't put down any salt so it's slippery as all get out. My kitchen pipes busted broke the kitchen faucet and flooded the kitchen. I couldn't get a hold of maintenance through the emergency line since they was closed (MLK DAY). This place is a joke they don't care about tenants you can never talk to anyone. I don't even know who the property manager is. When u call the office the voice mail is full. I think those reviews are lies. Laundry room broken. The management and owner don't care about the tenants the building be dirty and Maintenance does nothing. So frustrating finding quality housing with proper management. All we are is a rent check. I'm sorry James left. This is a horrible management company. I can't say this enough. Hope I'm not punished for my opinion about this horrible place. How worse can it get complaints are ignored and you can never speak to a human being or get a real response.

I WISH CATALYST HAVE NEVER TAKEN OVER MY BUILDING 🏢 ON 7550 S COLFAX AVE. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM. THEY DON'T FIX NOTHING. I WAITED FOR THEM TO FIX PIPES THAT WAS BROKEN FOR THE WATER 💦 AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO FIX IT. SO OBVIOUSLY THEY LOST THE BUILDING.EVERYONE HAD TO MOVE OUT MAKING THINGS BURDENSOME ON EACH TENANTS TO MAKE VE OUT. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE RENTING AN APARTMENT THROUGH CATALYST YOU'LL BE IN FOR SOME SURPRISES AND THEY'RE NOT GOOD AT ALL. DON'T RENT APARTMENT. FROM

The young plumber was great . Respectful and answer all my questions. I've been dealing with this back up in my unit for a couple days. They found the problem and made repairs but most important they CLEANED after themselves. But they came out kept me informed every step of the way. Special thanks to all three Guys Miguel , Bryan and especially Ittai.

Hey my name is Chantel and im in a building with catalyst realty and so far I love it because Bryan the Maintance guy he’s always there when I need him. Every time I put in a work order he will be the first to call me saying I seen your work order and I will be there right away. I love the hard work and you guys should keep him because he get the work done. I will recommend him to anybody because he don’t never slack in his work. And he’s great at his job and make me happy every time. And also he fixed my ceiling because it was getting mold and he came right away. Also he fixed my bathroom door knob. And also fix my front door at the bottom because it was coming apart for some reason. Thankyou and keep up the hard work.

By all cost do NOT move into their buildings. They are poorly managed. Trash around the building, people in the building that fight all the time. Also, the lady at the realty office, Nicole, is very rude and unpleasant. She has a terrible attitude and lacks decency. I’m sure the “good” reviews were paid for or posted by inside people. It is not worth your money nor time.

Update: And here there are lying below. I was never evicted. Once again unprofessional and dishonest. WPD no longer manages this property. Catalyst has been managing this property since summer of last year. Stop the lies.

Just recently began managing my building. Nicole in the office is unpleasant very difficult to speak to over the phone if she isn't in control of the conversation. She picks up and hangs up. No hello please hold or nothing. Phone system is an epic failure. And only way to contact anyone is thru Nicole the phone troll. Not my first choice for a property management company. Very disappointed.
