Wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent warranty repair service I received at this facility. The experience has been marred by poor organization, ineffective communication, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
Background:
I brought my vehicle to your service center for a warranty-related recall. However, the repair process was plagued by inefficiencies, and the vehicle was returned to me with critical safety issues. Specifically, the steering wheel and brakes locked while driving, putting my safety at risk.

Issues with Service:
- Poor scheduling and organization led to unnecessary delays.
- I do not believe the repair addressed the underlying issue, what I know for sure is that my vehicle was returned in an unsafe condition.
- Lack of communication and follow-through from the maintenance department.
- Unresponsive management team, despite initial promises to resolve the issue.

As of last Friday, I have had no further contact from the service manager assigned to my case. My vehicle remains unusable, and I have been left without transportation. The service Manager Joshua Jerman who first seem to care about this issue is now ignoring every directed call or text messages per their protocol.

I need this issue fixed, and option for transportation, prior to this warranty recall I had no known technical or mechanical concern with my car.

I have not been contacted per below dealership comments. I have tried many times to reach out again still with no luck nor have I met with Josh.

This was my first luxury car purchase and while it went smoothly and Auston was a pleasure to work with… but I was a little disappointed overall. I did not feel like we got the “luxury” experience we may have elsewhere. Maybe because it is a dual dealer of Hyundai/Genesis, they fall into a routine? I don’t know. But this was a birthday gift to myself for a milestone birthday AND again, my first luxury purchase and I guess I was hoping for the big bow and a photo Something to make it feel more special than when I purchased my previous Fords.

The customer service from the moment i purchased the vehicle has been nothing but awful. From lack of follow up, valet, concierge service and respect, I Do NOT recommend purchasing from here. I am beyond angry because the owner seems like a great caring person, but the way I have been treated is poor.

I purchased a genesis G8 from Ray Peerman Lincoln… Huntsville. Right after I purchase the car I got a recall letter.. Ray Peerman was supposed to come get my car bring it to Huntsville and Genesis to do the recall work. They did not do what they said they were gonna do… At all. I am handicapped and then a wheelchair. That’s why this agreement was made. Salesman “Adam“. I sent Adam reminder notices starting a month ahead of time. Repeated reminders of this Appointment. Well, I ended up having to drive the car to Huntsville myself.. Adam said if I could get the car to Huntsville, they would pick me up at Genesis provide me a loaner to my car was done. Well… That didn’t happen either. So I sat for hours,… Hurting. Wheelchairs were not made to sit in for hours. The people at Genesis of Huntsville were very gracious, considerate and helpful. They had nothing to do with this, I did not purchase a car there. It was warranty work so they were not getting paid, but they moved my car to the front of the service list because of the situation with my handicap lies that were told.. So I ended up getting the car done that day. Only due to the graciousness and consideration of Huntsville and Genesis, I told Adam that I made a mistake not making my purchase at Genesis instead of Ray Peerman Lincoln !! I want to thank the service department at Genesis of Hyundai
