This place sucks! Living here sucks! Daily life filled with boredom, nothing to do, nowhere fun to go, nothing but small ass grass and a parking lot. That’s it. No slide door, no backyard, no way to do fun stuff outside except when you use up ya damn gas tank lol. Even had times feeling mentally “trapped” and like feeling damn near claustrophobic when I’m in a “squeezed” room like it’s hardly room to feel free due to the restricted amount of spacing. Feels like living in a nursery home for the poor. On top of that, the waterhose looking ass thing by the sink sucks smh it never works. Honestly got nothing from being here. Every single day I feel like a moving corpse just getting numb and number from being here. Living here’s made my mental health worse and I can’t wait to move ‘cause I can’t take this shit no more.

My experience at Versailles has been nice. If any issues arrive I know that we can contact the office for assistance or submit a maintenance .

These villas have great potential but management doesn’t want to put any money into them. Everything is old the most they may do is replace doors or windows. The kitchens are so outdated the appliances as well. The hallways need to be updated.

We currently live here and the management is the definition of negligent and uncaring. There's a complete disinterest in basic maintenance and in replacing things that need to be replaced, like washing machines. The machines have damaged our clothes and as a result, we have to go to the local laundromat and spend about $12 more each time than we would if the laundry machines were in decent working order. Furthermore and most significantly, the parking lot has proven unsafe and though they've been made aware, management couldn't care less. I came out to my car to go to work one morning and quickly realized that more than a dozen cars (including ours) had been egged and had all of their tires slashed. We estimated that the whole ordeal cost us more than $1200 dollars between repairs, lyft trips, and lost time from work. One would think that in a complex with numerous tenants on fixed incomes, elderly, struggling to get by when things are normal, etc. they would be inclined to give at least a break on rent to the victims the following month or make changes to the parking lot to prevent anything similar from happening again. Nothing. Security is still only around three days a week at hours that make no sense. Still no cameras. No word from management. Nothing. Don't move here.

Been having issues with my heat since I moved a year ago. Washing machine doesn’t work, they are not being service. I have not seen pest control here once since I have moved, and I have seen roaches. Not at all what I expected, dying for my lease to expire so I can move out.

The building is horrible. mediocre maintance. The washer and Dryer is broke it doesn’t do their job. The hallway carpet is peeling.
