We needed to find a home that was a little bigger, and we wanted one with old character. We also needed to sell our home to achieve that. Kim was wonderful. She sold our previous home in less than 3 months! And she was so patient with our search to find the perfect home for us (And we looked at A LOT!) She helped the transactions go so smoothly, and even took time to check up on us after the closings to see if we needed anything. She cares for her clients, and goes above and beyond.
