Elissa Jarke served us well when we sold our house. She gave good advice about preparing the house for sale, including some things we’d never thought about. (Like removing all the ashes from a wood-burning fireplace.) She communicated well, keeping us up to date on developments both good and bad. This was very important for us because we were out of state for most of the period when the house was on the market. She kept an eye on the property all summer when we couldn’t be there. After closing, she even picked up a modem and router from the house and returned them to Metronet for us. We recommend her highly, especially for absent sellers and people who think they know what they’re doing but really don’t. She’ll set you on course in the gentlest of ways.
