They even send you a video of the tech telling you about your car and their service recommendations. Porsche of Huntsville continues to impress me. Fantastic sales when I bought my Boxster and then when I traded it for my 911 (thanks Bradley). I’ve used the service department on several occasions from routine maintenance on both cars to tires for the Boxster. Quentin and the service team are great with no pressure “up sales” to worry about. It’s very nice having a local Porsche dealer I can trust!!

When my wife picked up a nail in the tire while running errands, she contacted Porsche of Huntsville to help her problem solve. The service team walked her through the process, ordering a replacement and scheduling service while assuring her that the spare would meet her needs safely until then. Two days later, they replaced the damaged tire and she was back up to speed. Quentin and the entire service team at PofH are top notch professionals who exemplify the word service.

Chris and his team make things right. Plain and simple they strive to ensure if something does happen it is taken care of correctly. Thank you guys! See you all at the end of the month. Update: (2/14) Quentin and Shannon are absolutely wonderful managers! They are making Porsche of Huntsville a permanent contender for the best damn dealership service department in the state. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and consistently exceed my expectations. Owning a Porsche is already a pleasure, but KNOWING my car is in the best hands in all manners is a comfort I will not take for granted. Thank you for all you do!!
