We used Terri to purchase our current house 5 years ago. It was listed with a different realtor and we had missed a chance to make an offer when it went on the market the first time but she knew I loved the house. Literally the moment the first offer fell through Terri contacted us and met us at the house 5 minutes later so we could do another walk through with my husband. We put in an offer right then. We were headed out of the country the next day and I knew we were fine and that Terri would contact us if any decisions needed to be made while we were gone. It was a painless process.
Now we are selling another property and Terri had been just as knowledgeable and professional as she was when we were buying. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for a realtor in the Southern Illinois and St Louis area. She really is the best.

I correctly live out of town and needed a place in Murphysboro IL. I called Terri regarding an initial property that had already sold.
