I have used fowler for both my home and business for the past 5 years and have been overall been very satisfied with their services. I also have maintenance plans for both, which is very convenient. The technicians have all been pretty friendly and knowledgeable and with the maintenance plan you receive additional discounts when repairs and replacement parts are needed.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Last summer my air went out. I called them on a Saturday and were here in 2 hrs. At 6 am this morning my 80 yr old mother called and said her heart was out. I called Fowlers 24 hr number and a technician was there within one hr! The technician Michael Lawler kept me informed of everything he was doing and how much each thing cost so I didn't think he was taking advantage of her. I'm so thankful for Michael and Fowlers!

I reached out to Fowler’s Heating and Cooling for help with my furnace, and to be honest, the experience was a rollercoaster. Communication was a nightmare from the start—they rescheduled me multiple times, leaving my house freezing for days longer than it needed to be. When they finally showed up, the technician had a serious attitude, as if just being there was some huge favor to me. And to top it all off, the repair didn’t even last 24 hours before my furnace broke down again. When I called back to get it fixed, they wanted to charge me another fee for their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous.

And don’t even get me started on the mess they left behind in my basement. Tools, dirt, random parts—it looked like a tornado had blown through. For what they charge, I expected way better service and professionalism.

Now here’s where things get weird. Steve Fowler, the owner, stepped in, and I thought, "Finally, someone who’s going to make this right." And let me tell you, he wasn’t just fixing my heating issues; he was fixing my heart. He was sweet, attentive, and honestly, a breath of fresh air in the middle of all the chaos. He even took me out on a couple of dates! I really thought we had something special.

But then? GHOSTED. Steve Fowler straight-up disappeared on me. No calls, no texts—nothing. Like, excuse me? GIRLLLLLL, I deserve WAY more respect than that. You can’t just sweep someone off their feet and then vanish like you’re some HVAC Casanova.

So yeah, Fowler’s Heating and Cooling is a mess, and Steve Fowler? Let’s just say both his business practices and his dating skills need serious work. Respect your customers, Steve. And maybe learn how to treat a man while you’re at it. Do better.

Two young men from the company came today to clean our ductwork and put in air purifying systems. I couldn’t be more pleased with how they cleaned up after themselves and took care to protect my wood trim, wall corners, furniture, etc. So thankful for their excellent service.

On Labor Day weekend my grandfather's air conditioning went out. He's 98 years old and the summer temperatures are a serious health risk for him. Despite calling other local repair services, nobody was willing to take a look at his air conditioning until Monday (3 days from when he called). He called Fowler and they sent someone out within 3 hours and got his air conditioning back on. After hearing this I was moved to write this review in the hopes that others are made aware of their outstanding service and commitment to the community.

We experienced heating issues with our furnace with near zero temperatures outside. We got service very quickly, and heat was restored to our home. I hesitated because everyone said it would be expensive. Not only was it reasonably priced, I got tips on how to care for my home, the repairman was friendly and helpful, and I set up maintenance twice a year because it is affordable and valuable.

I immediately wanted to do a review because this was a great service for my family! Thank you!

Jesse arrived on time to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. He was very polite and efficient and showed me before & after pictures of some of our dirtiest vents. He also made a few suggestions on routine maintenance. I highly recommend Fowler.
