Janna and Stephanie are soo great and helped me with the application process. I felt like they were really nice, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! The community has a lot of events and are very communicative. The portal move in process was very well explained and easy to understand. I haven’t moved in yet but so far I am very impressed!

Butterfield Oaks is a WONDERFUL community to live in. The on-site management team is always helpful and courteous. Handymen are efficient. The grounds are well landscaped and the overall feeling living there is that of peace.

Addendum 2-2-2025: I just renewed my lease for another 15 months. It is just so homey feeling living here. The locale is quite perfect; nestled within a Master Planned community amongst other neighborhoods, wooded areas, two ponds and the nearby Praire Path, yet so close to all the amenities of living in the progressive Fox Valley area. In the top 25 Safe Homes and Communities study (www.959theriver.com), our city, Aurora- "City Of Lights"- is the 2nd largest city in Illinois and currently undergoing revitalization. Our county is DuPage, has great schools and emergency/police services, and is considered the 2nd most affluent county in Illinois. I'm so grateful to call Butterfield Oaks my home-town community.

My family and I enjoy living at Butterfield Oaks. We just moved in this September and already feel at home in this quiet, family friendly community. Parks, trails and shopping are nearby making this an ideal location. The management team is top notch and very responsive-they actually answer the phone! Shout out to Jana and Jon who were incredibly helpful throughout the application and move-in process. Our unit is beautifully updated, spacious and cozy. The gas fireplace is a huge plus! We love it here!

I’ve lived at Butterfield Oaks for almost a year now and just renewed my lease! It’s been a fantastic community to live at, especially as I was moving from a house to an apartment, but these units are so well kept, private and honestly have everything I needed to make it a smooth transition. Jana has been so approachable and easy to work with since day one and got me approved and moved in very quickly. My dog, Gracie and I often pop in the office to say hello, and the management team keeps treats handy just for that reason! The property is very well maintained, the pool is great, and the bark park is an added perk. I was also impressed with snow removal over the winter. I’d recommend this place and especially Jana’s services to anyone. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and Butterfield Oaks is definitely deserving of a 5 star review!!

I’ve been living here for two years, and from the leasing process to everyday living, they truly prioritize making residents happy—and they succeed.Maintenance is amazing. One time, we had a leak during the holiday season, and even though it was 10 PM, I submitted a request through the app, and they showed up right away. It was impressive to see them working even during the holidays.When it snows, they go door to door salting the walkways, even late at night, and the neighborhood roads are cleared immediately. Emails are answered quickly, and they always try to find a solution. The gym and pool are always clean.Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative experience during my time here. If you’re considering renting, this is the right place for you.
