Brittany has always been professional and attentive to any issues we have had, both here and when she was with our previous management company. Another company used to manage our building. They had been poorly maintaining our broken fridge (freon leak) for years with a series of slapdash repairs, and were content to let us live with an oven that didn't work at all (fried control board) for over two months while promising repairs were imminent. Signature Pros took over and our new property manager Brittany got us a whole new fridge and oven in less than ten days. Very happy with SPPM!!

If you're renting from a property managed by Signature, understand that you are being watched 24/7. I have lived in my subdivision for 7 years. I have been through 3 different property management companies. Signature pro weichert is big brother and Carrie is judge, jury, and executioner.

Carrie has fostered an environment that encourages residents to snitch on each other. We get emails almost weekly about "suspicious people walking the neighborhood." No, Karen... that person walking around all day LIVES HERE. Mind your business.

It came to a head when Carrie stole my car. My fiance and I own(ed) 2 vehicles. Both vehicles have been parked in our lot since before Signature took over. We never had any issues previously. The second car was parked in an auxiliary lot for visitors, since it wasn't we preferred to drive because the air conditioning was broke. It was a junker. I used it to take our 4yo and 2yo to the park or to the store quick, if my fiance had the nicer vehicle. Yes, It had expired plates and a leaky tire. Life keeps getting more expensive and being poor is already really hard. New tires and registration fell behind diapers and medical bills, sorry. Predatory businesses have gotten too comfortable exploiting desperate people, but I digress. So, without any notice... no stickers, no notes, no emails, or calls...Carrie and her lackeys stole my car. She was convinced my family was the "problem family we dealt with already over inoperable vehicles" but had us mistaken. Her vendetta and grudge cost me the only way I have out of my neighborhood, since I'm a stay at home mom and my fiance needs the car to get to work. Not that it's anyone's business, but since I have to justify every single decision I make to these people, I'll explain "her side".

She was informed "multiple times" about our vehicle (never informed me though) and how it hadn't moved in months. Well, my fiance worked 3rd shift from 10 to 7am. NO ONE WOULD HAVE SEEN THE CAR MOVE SINCE HE WAS GONE OVERNIGHT! The expired plate and low tire were enough "evidence" to have Accurate Towing steal my car. The rates that company charged to get my car back were more than the car was worth. So I surrendered the title...and my ability to take my kids to the park or, divinity forbid, the hospital in an emergency. Even after pleading for leniency, Carrie told me she would make a call to try to help me out with the tow company. She never made a call to anyone. Never replied to my emails after telling her how the situation concluded. No remorse or regret for making a decision on something so trivial that had heavy repercussions. Man. I wish I could be that confident in making decisions to complicate other people's lives. JK, no I don't. I believe in treating people how you would want to be treated. Have the day you deserve ✌️

So, if Carrie is your overlord... follow all her rules or her watchful eyes will tell on you!
