I've been dealing with an issue where the HOA (Joan and Team) imposed an unnecessary fine. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter and providing detailed evidence showing that the issue was not caused by any action on my part, the fine was still enforced. I reached out multiple times via email for updates but received no response, which added unnecessary stress and frustration to the situation.

After nearly two months of waiting, I called today and was told to attend a board meeting to address my concern. This is something that could have been communicated in response to my email on October 5th instead of being ignored entirely. They didn't even bother to respond on my email or call me back.

The treatment I have previously received from Joan has been far from professional. As the property owner, I often feel as though she acts as if she were my landlord, speaking to me in a rude and dismissive manner. This lack of accountability and disregard for residents' concerns is both disheartening and deeply disappointing.

Joan, Brandon and the rest of the team are wonderful, friendly and provide great customer service. They respond to calls / voicemail and email promptly and have many years experience in property management which shows in how they operate.

This management has very poor communication with homeowners and IF you get a chance to talk with them email/phone Joan specifically (How does she even run a business with how reluctant she is) very rude and slow to no help and lacks understanding to resolve issues involving work orders. Being told that I have been responded back through email when in fact haven’t received responses after i send messages.Ive had poorly resolved issues that involved landscaping pulling and cutting flowers & but can be sent a message through mail about a little bit of oil spill on the driveway in which was redone a week later..Other reviews should speak for itself on how this company is ran.

Our experience dealing with Joan and her team has been unfathomable at best. We have owned our home for 12 years and have NEVER had a bad experience with the previous management group.

Joan's level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and pure disrespect is astounding. It is as if she doesn't realize that she's running a business that is based on quality customer service and satisfaction. I realize now that I should not be surprised by my experience with her after seeing the low company ratings across all major customer review platforms.

I cannot believe how rude Joan and her employees are. They fail to communicate effectively with homeowners. They claim they "email" their homeowners with important information and "claim" having proof, yet when you ask for that proof they refuse to provide it. One of her employees literally hung up on me when I requested to speak to the manager (Joan). This is an extremely dishonest company and I hope Oaks at Hidden Glen will recognize how terrible of an experience this HOA management company is providing homeowners.

Please DO NOT EVER go with this company!! Joan is a horrible person, very, very rude and disrespectful. I asked for someone else to talk to or the owner.....she says, I am the owner! I couldn't believe how she was talking to me. My mom passed away in November (a month ago), and I've been trying to get something resolved with my mom's townhouse, which my mom was trying to get resolved for over a year now. My poor mother told me she was very rude and difficult.....now I see exactly what she was talking about! No compassion at all!! Stay Away!!

They say you get what you pay for...these people do not communicate with the residents, they are rude and do not have the common decency to respond to emails or return a call (Brandon) when message is given to them. On 7-16-23 I sent a email to find out if I was on list for tree trimming. I attached pictures to show that the tree had some branches too low and were interfering by the mail box and security camera. I received a generic response like system generated that didn't make sense so I called them on 7-17-23 and spoke with Rachel she said Brandon was not in the office and she would have him contact me because he was the person taking care of tree trimming. I called again yesterday 7-24-23, Rachel seem surprised that I had not heard back from Brandon after I told her its been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone, again she was going to pass on message. Well to my surprise, a crew shows up and within 20 minutes literally butchered the only tree I have on my property, a Apple Crabtree that blooms with beautiful white flowers in the spring. There wasn't much to trim I got worried and went outside to check and was shocked, healthy branches were cut and a huge gap was made with what was damaged. The instructions were cut whatever needs to be cut is what I was told by the idiot who ruined the tree.
