I have had the pleasure of being a Contemporary Concepts tenant this past year. From initial leasing to maintenance, CC has proven to be an outstanding operator and I would highly recommend leasing from them. Headed by a gifted leader, my building was beautifully designed and caters to my every need as a young professional in Chicago. The property couldn’t be in better shape and I genuinely feel at home. If you are looking for a state-of-the-art, professionally managed apartment full of ambitious residents, look no further than Contemporary Concepts. I rarely write Google reviews - but considering how rare it is to find such a perfect experience, I thought this would be worth sharing.

I moved into a new construction building built by Contemporary Concepts and would strongly suggest you don’t make the same mistake myself and the other tenants made. This developer used inferior contractors and materials in order to cut corners and save money. All of the units are having issues getting there punch lists completed. There are some major issues with the HVAC installation (doesn’t seem to be up to city code), plumbing, roofing, elevator and waterproofing concerns which are directly related to cost cutting decisions the developer made.

I would stay clear of anything this developer touches.

The team has been professional and thorough in resolving all small issues on the punch list and the design and workmanship exceeded our expectations. I have never seen a general contractor company work so early on Sunday mornings. Sundays are not a day for construction and yet a few minutes before 8 AM on Sunday I am awoke with the loudest welding and construction sounds at their 713 N Milwaukee project. Stop working on Sundays. And stop destroying the peace of the community.
