I came in to have a recall fulfilled for my backup camera. I did a diagnostic on my car before bringing it in as I usually do to prevent shady practices. I sat and waited 8 whole hours for a simple service to be completed. When the FREE recall service was completed, my check engine light popped on when I got home. When I came back to the shop with proof my car didn't have a check engine light prior to service, they told me it's unrelated to the camera as if I'm not smart enough to know that these automotive mechanics break stuff to keep you coming back ESPECIALLY when fulfilling a FREE recall service. So I was told it would be $300 to diagnose the problem along with whatever fees come with the repair. How did I go from getting FREE recall services fulfilled to having to spend $300+ for an issue that didn't occur until they "worked" on my car? Since I presented evidence with timestamps showing that there was no check engine light prior to service, but there was one after service, I expected the situation to be taken care but unfortunately integrity is LOW here. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY TO FULFILL RECALLS BECAUSE YOU ABSOLUTELY WILL BE SCAMMED INTO PAYING FOR SERVICES FROM PROBLEMS THEY INTENTIONALLY CREATE!!! And to make matters worse my backup camera still doesn't work throughout this whole experience I've only inherited new problems NO SOLUTIONS!!!

Go somewhere else if your car needs to be serviced! They kept our car for 3 weeks without calling or providing an update. We called repeatedly and were told they would have our tech call us back, which never happened. When we checked in at the end of the day, the tech was already gone for the day, and they weren't able to give us an update because the tech kept our keys. This happened for a week straight.

The lack of communication or care for our time is astounding. I highly recommend considering a different dealership if you would like your car back or appreciate communication on their findings.

Had a terrific experience buying a new car. Lower pressure sales than most dealerships and totally good experience.

I would not recommend using this dealer. Fox Lincoln was bad enough but this dealership has a new level of incompetence. On multiple occasions, they know how to take the reservation for service they just don’t know how to keep the reservation.
No call and no show multiple times. Giving Lincoln Customer Service a bad name

VERY disappointed with the new ownership of what used to be Fox Ford Lincoln. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and pulled into the Lincoln Service side of the building. I found it odd that two dealership cars were parked and blocking the doors. I sat in my car and tried calling Murfado Service - no response. Called again and was on hold for several minutes before a receptionist answered. She said "someone should be out soon". No one came out. I got out of my car to see if the door was unlocked, and saw a tiny sign telling Lincoln customers to pull around to the Ford Service side. Thought it was odd the receptionist didn't communicate that to me. When I finally connected with a service member (by this timen I was now 5 minutes late for my appointment) I found out the receptionist is based in Miami. Ridiculous.

Murgado's online scheduling website gave me a cost breakdown for an oil change and tire rotation for $45. When I checked in, the service member said the price was $99 because of "parts and labor". First, I'm not buying any parts. And second, if the labor is a separate cost, it should have been included in the price breakdown on the site. Communication is nonexistent here and I feel like the staff are non-apologetic, dishonest and not transparent whatsoever.

I could always trust Nick and Grant from Fox Ford Lincoln and always received impeccable treatment and care from them. From Murgado, I just feel invisible and, quite frankly, duped. So beyond dissatisfied with them and after seeing other negative reviews from the last couple months since the new owners took over, it's clear this is their abysmal standard.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to share and warn others. I do NOT recommend Murgado Ford Lincoln and plan to have all future service and sales done at a suburban Ford Lincoln dealership.

Just a terrible experience. Apparently under new ownership. Communication with service department abysmal. Seems severely under staffed. Charged me $220 to tell me that I need a new battery and that it will cost another $325 for the replacement. Insane. I know its the only Lincoln dealer around but I'll be taking my needs back to a dealer in the suburbs in the future.

Great service from Lincoln. The service managers are knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress of the service.
Waiting area is comfortable and the two working desks were nice to work from.
A side note, the bathrooms are very clean.

They kept me in the loop about new models and prices. Made my car buying experience smooth and were patient with my many questions. I love my new Bronco.
