1000% new to the state and area and thanks to Metro Apartments I feel at ease with where myself and my children are laying our heads at night! Thanks to Kyle we were able to view the home virtually and handle everything online without even having to make arrangements to come in person until our move in day ! When it was move in day he was there promptly to welcome us to our new home. After getting settled he even checked in on us to make sure things were going well. It’s easy when someone asks you to leave a review when their work was actually outstanding ! The area is quiet and they keep up everything on the outside and inside. I’ve only had to do one maintenance request and they were so fast and responsive ! 10/10 would recommend this experience and area to anyone looking for a place to stay! Thank you Kyle and Metro for an amazing first move in and home !

Metro is a great community to live and be apart of. They gave myself and family a second chance at renting to us after we were in a pretty bad financial spot. For that we are grateful and we really enjoy living in this community. In addition, if there’s something that needs to be fixed , putting in maintenance requests is extremely easy and they respond in a timely manner! So if you’re looking for a great community who cares and gives you a second chance, Metro Apartments of collinsville is the way to go!

I've been living here for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The maintenance workers do an outstanding job, always responding promptly and efficiently to any issues. The apartments themselves are fabulous, with modern amenities and well-maintained common areas. It’s been safe, comfortable, and affordable. The community is friendly, and the management is always helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

New to the area and wasn't sure what to expect but I have enjoyed my 2 plus years of staying here. Kyle and Michelle are the most professional and kind leasing agents I have ever dealt with. Anytime I have a maintenance request they make sure to follow up with me the next day to make sure it's been taken care of. When I have been out of town and had packages delivered, they have had no problem going to my place and grabbing them for me. The area is safe and pretty quiet generally. Definitely consider this a place to move to.

Very clean well set up unit with a great walkthrough and an even better people to answer any and all questions. In particular Kyle did a great job at making me and my girlfriend truly feel at home as soon as we walked in the door, and broke the ice by being charismatic and genuine. All together a great experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a roomy, comfortable, and affordable apartment.

The job done by the Property Managers, Michelle & Kyle, is the reason for 5 stars. They are professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the tenants happy. Our maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently and the property was well maintained. Thank you for making our experience a positive one!

Neighbors were not adhering to the noise ordinance for Collinsville, and would park right next to bedroom slamming car doors and blasting their radios well past midnight and early mornings. Parking right where the fire lane is supposed to be, disturbing my sleep schedule. I was told they would put a no parking sign up, but that never happened.

Also, when cleaning up for moving out, I got fined for not removing the microwave, even though the cleaning sheet said it was part of cleaning before moving out, and did not realize I was supposed to remove it. So, always double check the sheets (digital and physical) with property manager because I'm still confused by that.

Otherwise, maintenance was always on top of everything, were very good about getting things done as soon as possible. Very good staff. Some annoying neighbors. Area was convenient while living there.

I absolutely love living here at Metro Collinsville. Kyle, Michelle, as well as the entire Maintenance Team are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. Any questions, issues within your apartment, or just inquiries in general are always handled efficiently, usually the same day! They are all so friendly and helpful! I have been here a few years and I have no regrets with choosing this community!
