Landmark is by far the best property management company EVER!! The maintenance man Alfredo is wonderful and always does an amazing job. I’ve never had an issue with his repair work and he’s such a nice guy. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Carlos. Whenever I request maintenance work, Carlos always reach out to me immediately to get things resolved. Thank you Landmark for all that you do and for being so reliable. Till now I have really good experience with the property management. They are really nice with every interaction. I am happy with their maintenance team as well. They have a good portal which is so user friendly regarding leasing, rent payment and maintenance.
