Took my application money and ghosted me. I emailed, called and left voicemails within the span of a week to get a status update of ANY kind and I was met with radio silence. I called during business hours Monday through Wednesday in the morning and afternoon and not a single person ever picked up the phone! No one even had the courtesy to tell me I had been rejected or that they already gave the apartment to someone else. Awful. I'm also 90% sure the leasing agent I spoke to (Mike, I think) pretended our call was breaking up and had bad service so he didn't have to talk to me.

My stove burst into flames and I literally had to call the fire department. I had to wait 8 days for a new stove and when I asked the property manager Thomas if I can have some money off of my rent due to the inconvenience he ignored me. I will be contacting his manager because this is unfair and unethical.

Just spoke to another “manager” and they’re all rude. Maintenance is the only decent thing about this company because when you call they come, but they can only do so much because the owner of the property is so CHEAP.

Dimensions is an unprofessional rental agency. Scheduled to view an apartment. When the day came I called but no one answered. Called several times at the scheduled time to view but again no one answered. Called the next day, was told I never scheduled and every interaction I had was like they were annoyed and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. Every time I spoke they cut me off after just saying a couple of words like they were impatient. Then I was told the apartment I was going to go see was just rented out so they tried to show me another that had nothing I wanted. If this is how they act to potential renters then I hate to see how they treat their current tenants. I will not be renting from Dimensions and I advise anyone reading this to pay close attention on how these people speak to you. It shows how they will treat you in the future.

My building engineer, Andre, is the #1 reason why I love my building. He gets issues resolved incredibly quickly and is great about follow-up calls. He's very nice to work with, as are all the building staff I interact with regularly. I wish Dimensions itself was more modern, such as emailing tenants about building issues, upcoming inspections, etc. instead of leaving paper notices on our doors, however. I do appreciate online maintenance requests, however.

Going on day 6 without clean water, 2 of which I spent sick to my stomach. Sent in a formal maintenance request and follow up email and received no response, other than they approved my application for sublease. The building is infested with cockroaches and smells like a nursing home. There is 1 working washer out of 3 for 30 units. A bird almost flew in the hallway the other day because the window has like no screen. I had electrical issues, which they did fix after extensive follow up. I work from home and couldn’t turn on a light or microwave without the power going out. No one changed the locks when I moved in. The building still uses lead paint. My heaters are broken and they never responded to my maintenance request. I took over a 6 month sublease to which I have documented proof the building manager said I could extend an extra 2 months. That didn’t happen. They only allowed 1 year after moving in. Apparently there is storage in the basement but no one ever showed me that or where my fuse box is. The website advertises free internet but when I asked the building manager, he responded with what are you talking about. This has been a horrific experience. I am to the point where I never want to be home.

My 92 year old Mom lives in an apartment building administered by Dimension Management. The management keeps the building very clean and it is very very responsive to tenant’s requests. For example, when my Mom was not picking up the phone I asked the building manager Andrew to check on her. (I live out of state.) He agreed with no hesitation and everything turned out to be ok.

Dimensions has been the management team on my commercial rental for five years. It's an old building that they did significant work to update and improve. Because it had been long neglected before they took over management, there were some issues that came up (not their fault). Of course, that can be frustrating, but Dimensions always responds quickly and effectively. The manager has been a real partner, and every problem got solved. I never feel neglected or ignored. They always have a good attitude and they are open to reasonable suggestions. Moreover, the building is mixed use, and the apartments are rented to a wide variety of good tenants, diverse in age and race. I would definitely recommend Dimensions.

Ive been in an apartment of theirs for a little over a year and haven't had any issues and love my apartment. Anytime maintenance is needed they're always here the next day and the common areas are always kept clean.
