I cannot recommend Lakeview Associates enough if looking for an apartment in Lakeview/ Lincoln Park! Joe and his team have incredible pride in their properties, and it shows in the condition and quality of their units...not the "Landlord Special" we are all accustomed to here in Chicago!! Excellent communication, timely maintenance response, and an overall top-tier renting experience. 10/10.

I have nothing but great things to say about the management at Lakeview Associates! Joe and Jeff have been super responsive, kind, and helpful. I lived at the 520 W Belden apt for a year and am going on my second year with LA but at a different apt. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and any issues I've had have been fixed right away. Buildings are older but maintained well and the security (key fobs, high tech entry system, cameras) makes me feel safe. The Belden apartment had a pest issue once while I lived there, but that's not the fault of management and affected apartment units were quickly treated within 24 hours with no further issues after that. This is common with Chicago apartments but I really appreciated the way Joe handled it. The actual moving process has always been easy and Joe is really great at maintaining transparency with any apartment tours, updates, or even helping with seamlessly transitioning from one apartment to the next (within Lakeview Associates). As a tenant, I feel valued and respected and that's all you can really ask for! I have recommended Lakeview Associates to all my friends looking for an apartment and have had a couple sign a lease and they're happy with their decision, just as I am. I would definitely recommend Lakeview Associates (specifically Lincoln Park office) to anyone looking for an apartment w/great management and stellar locations!

I really enjoyed my experience renting with Lakeview Associates. I lived at the 620 W Belmont location, and it's a great spot located close to a lot of shopping streets as well a ten minute walk to both an L stop or the LSD express buses. I had no issues with pests at all, and common areas were always kept clean. I will note the location can be noisy at night on the weekends given its proximity to nightlife.

Lakeview Associates were great to work with. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and management was always responsive. I do think my unit could have been a little cleaner/less dusty when I moved in but it was easily remedied. Ben actually helped me a lot when I needed to move out a month earlier than expected, and I appreciated the flexibility. He coordinated the entire process and it went smoothly. I was communicated with clearly when tours were held and it was not intrusive. The entire move out process was easy.

Overall, I enjoyed my time with Lakeview Associates and would recommend them. I think they have fair priced units in desired locations which is great if you are new to the area.

This review is for the showing experience only, as I ended up not choosing an apartment in Lakeview. Joe from Lakeview Associates was extremely professional and helpful. He showed us a couple of buildings and it was clear throughout the tours that he was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with their portfolio. The buildings were well maintained and had great vintage character.

I’ve enjoyed my stay under Lakeview Associates Management - Lauren was always incredibly responsive and helpful. The building management was constantly finding ways to enhance the tenant’s experience (i.e switching keys to fobs for building entry). Repairs are always done promptly and it’s simple to manage your account, payments, questions, etc through the app the building management team provided. Highly recommend using Lakeview Associates!

Joe was SO HELPFUL! I am a new tenant and I called and expressed some concern about moving since the apartment is in a difficult spot to get a moving van parked. Joe suggested I get some moving van permits from the Alderman but took it a step further and actually went and got the permits himself and hung them up. This has by far been the most positive experience I have ever had with a property management company. Joe really cares and is so kind! I also filled out a maintenance request and it was resolved within 2 hours. I can't say enough good things about Lakeview Associates!

My property manager was SO understanding and helpful throughout the duration of my lease. Maintenance was timely, rent is fair, and they genuinely care about providing good service to their tenants.
They accommodated an ESA for my apartment and helped me when I purchased an apartment.
This is BY FAR the best rental experience I’ve had.
