I began my stay in 2016 as an OTR truck ? driver home ? only 8 days a month. I paid rent 4 months at a time all is well until late 2021 when another tenant invited an outside person who wasn't on paying rent but began complaining to all the residents about noise. By this time I was diagnosed with Cancer ? This person started calling police ? about excessive noise about me. Phil took this person side threatening to evict me. I took this person to court & won for harassment. This person continued to call Police ? I decided to leave. Phil even after a court ruling still sided with this person the actual tenant NEVER had a problem with me since 2016. I'd not advise anyone to rent his slum. He charged me for a carpet probably 20 yrs old an outdated hogpen U should rent in emergency ? then leave quickly. Paint peeling no shower ? old & archaic. Rent at own risk !
