Me and my soon to be wife came with our daughter just before this past weekend just to tour the property. We had some pretty sketchy apartment tours in the months prior and just couldn’t find anything that worked with us. Upon arriving at this establishment we were greeted by Jessica, and she was VERY professional, and very easy to talk to. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had before taking the tour. We were extremely satisfied of the unit so much so we just HAD to put an application in for the price we saw it listed for. Jessica was just simply and truly amazing. She even went as far as to help us fill out the application there in the office. Something i believe she went above and beyond in doing. We ultimately were accepted and are extremely excited to be apart of the Bartlett Community. Big thanks to you Jessica!!

The management team here (Tyrone and Juan) and the maintenance staff (Mario and Juan) are all fantastic! Tyrone and Juan helped me sign my lease and got me moved in within a week! They were both professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and followed up with me after each step of the process. The place looks great, and the bathrooms were recently resurfaced. I felt like they really rolled out the red carpet for me, and I would highly recommend renting here if you are seeking residence in the area.

It will be a year in December that I have lived here I made a review upon moving in for Tyrone because he was a really nice guy he has since been let go not sure why he processed everything for me to move in ok move in time no walk threw was done with me in my unit by anyone from management initially I looked at a second floor apartment that was in the office building by a nice lady she’s gone as well I forgot her name the apartment I get is in a different building and on the 4th floor ok needing a place to live ok it can’t be that bad boy was I wrong the renovations they have done are not bad yet not the best I only liked that there is no carpet in my unit except in my bedroom ok so per Bartlett village heat has to be turned on and the complex controls your heat which I hate they turn the heat on in September until June heat is on which is electric guess who pays electric the tenants of course so on the 4th floor it’s absolutely hell hot and they tell us turn your air conditioning on say what I pay electric y do I want to run my air conditioning to cool my apartment to increase my electric bill also if u like living with roaches mice and just recently bed bugs this the place for you I had to throw out all of my furniture I hear the mice in the walls one even was making a hole in my kitchen ceiling trying to get in so they shoot this yellow stuff to keep them out which is hideous look at the pictures for yourself also the office management now is very rude I was hoping to move before my lease was up in December haven’t had luck finding anything yet I’m praying I will find something soon I will break my lease to get out of this place o also they use a resident portal to pay any balances u have I go to get a one day pass so my daughter can visit me the pass was $5 they put it on the portal that charges a $7.95 fee so paid $12.95 for a $5 parking pass what a rip off also upon moving in my rent was to be $1250 a month unless I overlooked it they add water gas garbage and whatever else fees so I ultimately pay over $1300 a month for a one bedroom apartment I absolutely pray I find a new place to call home bed bugs eating me alive

The security here is horrible they harassed my son and his girlfriend who were visiting here from college. And I continually see them harassing other residents. I moved in about two and a half years ago and it was a pleasant place to live but it feels like I'm living in section 8 because of the security guards. And there really isn't any crime here at all

I would give this place zero stars. My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment at 10 AM over call. We showed up today on a Thursday and no one was at the door. This office was supposed to be open at 9 AM. We waited 15 minutes and even gave staff a call from another location, And there was nothing they could really do to help because the office was apparently “closed“. We were supposed to have a tour today, but that didn’t happen so to be honest, I would give them zero stars because there’s nothing to rate other than their absence.
This was just disappointing.

Jessica Ruiz, is a very nice person she helps you to the fullest I have gave 2 reviews on the staff since I live here and I always say the building is cool but certain things you can't take from people and she is one of them. Very patient very polite and very very helpful so with that being said THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO JESSICA RUIZ !!!! Keep up the good work and I hope you stay

The sign by the leasing office states its open on Saturdays 10am - 5pm however there was nobody there , i called to make an appointment and absolutely nobody showed up, I wasted my time, don’t even think on wasting yours these people are irresponsible and disorganized and completely disrespectful, full of liars. The buildings are old and smells like marihuana everywhere!! Shady people all around the buildings.

I live here for over 6 years, this is a very good place to live because of staff,
Jessica, Tyrone, Juan and Mario.
Dealing with them is a very easy thing to do because they are professional, kind and down to earth.
They are all very helpful with anything you need to have done, they will never say NO!
They will check all the possibilities to make sure that you have what you need and you're satisfied.
Today I received help from Tyrone with stuff on the computer that I wasn't able to do on my own and Tyrone took his time from work to show me what to do and also he educated me so I know what to do in the future.
I'm a senior and this kind of help is important to me for many reasons and and having great staff to help is a very positive thing to stay here, and I just sign a new lease.
