I had the worst experience with this company. I tried to reach out multiple times for assistance, but no one ever responded. I left several messages, both calls and text messages, and got absolutely no reply. It's incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to get support or even just some basic information, and they completely ignore you.

I understand that things can get busy, but this level of neglect is unacceptable. I had to go elsewhere for help, and I’ll definitely be taking my business to a company that values its customers. Stay away if you expect any kind of reliable customer service.
