Foster Premier Management Company has exceeded my expectations! Linda, our association manager, is incredibly efficient and responsive. Her communication is top-notch - always prompt, clear, and concise. As a homeowner, I appreciate how she keeps me informed and addresses my concerns. My mother and I had the lovely pleasure of working with Sharon and (I believe?) Jordan in regards to her account with them. Despite not having an appointment and being a walk in, Sharon took her time to work with us to address various late fees and challenges my mother has had with the account. By the end of the visit, my mother was finally squared away with her account and set-up for future payments. This has been an on-going concern that she has had for the past 5 years, and she can finally breathe! We cannot be more thankful for the help and willingness to work with us on this matter. Patrice at Foster Premier is great to work with! She promptly replies to my emails and also gives clear instructions for permit HOA requirements. Her turnaround rate for approval was quick and was so appreciated!

Patrice is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life, she will barely reply to me and always has some snarky remark. If I were Foster Premier I would get rid of Patrice QUICKLY before she causes more issues. She will not give me any information on who to contact to put in a complaint, as she just keeps ignoring me, even though I have been extremely nice, and have been trying to save them from a lawsuit, but it seems to me they rather have a lawsuit. They do not care for the wellbeing of their community and they try to take advantage wherever they can. If they were smart, they would have someone higher up speak to me. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated and I will not settle until I get the results I want. All I can say is stay far far away from Patrice Willoughby she is no help at all and extremely inconsiderate, I can't believe someone could be so naturally evil. My home is not safe and they do not care, they continue to try to convince me that all the outdoor problems are my issue, when in fact their by laws state clearly that they are supposed to handle everything outdoors (landscaping, broken stairs, etc). I am new to the neighborhood and I am ready to start an uprising, I will NOT be treated this way without a fight. And i've read the other reviews and spoken to some neighbors, just know Patrice and Foster Premier, that you are very disliked and people see what you are doing.

If you want an HOA to take your money and not give a damn about you as a resident this is the one for you. I have watched the service get worse every year and fees keep going up. And god forbid if you reach out to the HOA manager Kim Dean, how dare you bother her while she sips her latte and gives you a shitty response for wanting something taken care of that you are being charged for. Today is a great example, where’s the snow removal company? Maybe they are busy getting trained on how to use a shovel, but it started snowing this morning just before 9am and it’s now 7pm with practically no snow happening now since about 330pm and no one from the fabulous company Acres Group or Yellowstone whatever name they are using, hoping you don’t realize it’s the same company with a different name on the trucks, keep up the great work Foster Premier, Kim Dean, and of course you to Acres/Yellowstone!

It's not about the message; it's 100% the messenger.

From the first moment I spoke to Kathy when she took over the community after the previous rep (also a resident), she was unpleasant and condescending.

The first issue was a recurrence and had been handled easily by the previous rep. I explained to Kathy what I had done to mitigate it and was immediately cut off and talked over, telling me how wrong I was to do what I had done. I litetraly had to yell at her to get her to stop talking and explained I had only done what I had been told to do the first time. Do you really expect us to live with defective smoke detectors blaring in the hallway?

Can't be more happy to have finally moved out and never have to deal with them again. As I opened with - my problem was not with what I was being told, it was how it was told. I definitely blame the messenger.

So I was a homeowner where they were our HOA. Less than satisfactory. The fees are outrageous for what we get. Now we have to pay a special assessment due to this company not looking into the townhomes not paying their fair share for the last 4 years!!! What kind of property management company lets 171k fall through the cracks!!! Stay away from buying in a subdivision that has them!!!
