I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the next, incomprehensible visits to the apartment! Firstly, this should happen when the owners are in the apartment, since I am renting not a garage from you, but a house where my personal, valuable things are. Secondly, can you explain to me why, when I come home from work, I am forced to clean up salt after you all over the apartment? Did you ask my permission for the visit - no, do I need the additional trouble that you caused - no, I cannot fully understand something, are you paying me or am I paying you? And would it be possible to wear shoe covers for such cases? Because as you understood when inspecting our apartments, we do not walk around with shoes on from the point of view of cleanliness, and that it is not hygienic. Last time, the same situation happened after a master who came without warning, and we guessed that someone was in the apartment only by the traces of dirty shoes and fuel oil in the bathroom. This It's unacceptable, I understand that you have a duplicate key for emergencies, but not at all to turn the apartment I rent into a passageway, to violate my own boundaries, comfort and peace! If something goes missing after such visits, who do you think I should suspect?

Koy in property management always listens and helps with all of our needs. She deserves to be recognized and given a raise for her ability to patiently listen and assist in every way her position allows her to. I always walk away feeling listened too and valued as a resident.

Management is nearly impossible to reach. Had a incorrect charge on my bill and its been over a week and still nothing.... Went in multiple times called dozens and nothing. Koy did end up making things right which was greatly appreciated. Go through her if you need things done

I recommend you go somewhere else or find somewhere new to live if you live here currently. This was our first and last apartment, and we stayed here for 3 years.
Communication and organization of management was the first of many red flags.
One week before we moved in they switched unit numbers on us, (we only found this out from the utility company not the complex) and we got a new un-viewed unit. On the day of move in, we moved into an extremely dirty apartment with a patio full of dead bushes and towering weeds. They told us to come back in a couple hours as they rushed in a cleaning team. Once settled in we realized that this was nothing like the photos; chipped paint, rusty nails sticking out of the baseboards, broken blinds, stained cabinets, completely different layout, and not even a microwave as advertised.
If you even try to file a maintenance request you will have to babysit the request and you will be lucky to get anything done in a couple weeks to months. Once they decide to fix something, they will give you a 5 minute warning before they come in to you living quarters unannounced. We requested to be warned before someone comes in and were told we were being difficult and unreasonable.
As we lived here, we started to question the safety of the complex. We had a resident repeatedly *stumble* past our apartment looking through our windows and walking on to our porch at night and leaving *gifts*. We had to get our own security cameras and file a report with the city, as the apartment staff did nothing but brush it off as harmless.
There is also no cameras or protection in the parking lot for you or your parked car and we had someone vandalize our car in the parking lot at night. We went to the apartment office hoping they had cameras in the lot to catch who did it, they did not, and rudely brushed us off yet again.
Not only is this place unsafe, uncaring, and low quality; they are incredibly expensive. Our rent went up 15% +\-each year we stayed (~$200), as they told us if you won’t pay it, someone else will move in and will. They will raise your rent until you leave then turn around and rent it out at a lower rate to squeeze as much as they can out of some other poor resident. We even had staff fine us for littering as trash pickers and metal scrappers go through the dumpsters weekly and pull your garbage out. So be sure to rip off all personal information from your trash and boxes.
During move out, it was highly unorganized and a pain working with staff. We even had residents yet again on our patio stealing our personal belongings thinking we had gone. Be sure to take photos and document everything because at move out they will try to suck more pennies from your wallet. You will be over paying for a crudely put together apartment with a *luxurious* dirty pool and *state of the art* grimy fitness center.
Low quality and cold for a complex that has so much potential. I could go on forever about this appalling complex, this is just scratching the surface of our 3 year stay. The management and safety are to question here. If they say they care about their residents they don’t, seriously go somewhere else.

Air broke twice, heat broke, leak in kitchen sink that was never fixed, loud neighbors, dog poop everywhere so watch your step, cigarette butts and trash litter the grounds, zero privacy for any of the shared balconies, pool is disgusting and not well kept, kids sneak in from all around town so don't think it's locked and secure. Office will tell you one thing and do another, horrible communication and almost impossible to get a hold of maintenance....listen I could go on and on and on. I recommend anyone who is considering this place to really do deep research and walk the grounds, not just by the office, but all over ...you'll get an idea of how they run the place.

AWFUL PLACE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID (unless you like to live with mice and mold). I’m sure a representative from The Crossings will leave a comment on this post saying to please reach out to their office to make things right… well no one can get ahold of their office in person or by phone call unless they’re a potential resident. I never leave Google reviews but I thought if I could save someone from making the awful choice of living here I will. Don’t do it. And if a representative from The Crossings comments on this post, please provide me with corporate’s real number. One where I can actually get ahold of someone. Thanks.

Crossings… do better. For the price people pay, the lack of cleanliness and safety is unacceptable. Broken facilities, difficult to work with management (no sense of urgency or importance pertaining to issues). Also needs improvement in safety offers especially at night, better lighting and less creeps
