I've lived in a PPMI owned apartment for over 3 years now. There are definitely pros & cons to it all. For the most part, my interactions have been pleasant. Natalie is great. Very kind & a joy to deal with.
Maintenance men have always been prompt & courteous. Very down to Earth.
It can take awhile for things to get the attention they need when putting in a work order, but it's bearable. All in all, my experiences have been decent.

I moved into one of PREM's apartments in May 2023. Since then I have had a few minor issues in the unit, that were immediately corrected upon notifying Marius (Maint.) and Kelly (Ofc.). Marius really knows his stuff, Kelly is very attentive to the property and the other office staff is also very friendly. I love my place and having such a responsive property team is refreshing. They're rockstars in my book!

We stayed at the 160 Symphony Way property for 5 years and would recommend it. Management is hands off but responsive when you need them. They quickly replaced our washer/dryer unit entirely when it started to have issues. Apartments are nice inside with a lot of character like the interior brick and bay windows. Location is within walking distance to everything downtown including the rec, library, and lots of restaurants. The bar next door does get a little noisy on the weekends but you get used to it pretty quickly.
