All of the comments on here are accurate. Been working with them for 5+ years. Making up fees to charge. First it was a “Admin fee” for owners. Now it’s an “Annual Lease Fee”. Terrible communication! They’ve shared private information with everyone on an email blast and don’t take accountability. Do not work with this company!

NW Prop is not recommended. Sue has terrible communication with her clients. Sue has lied and continues to lie to her clients and vendors despite being caught in these lies and being questioned about it.

You're better off doing all the work yourself or starting your own company so you dont get over charged or terrible quality that is NW and their vendors.

Employees don't call residents back! Serious lack of professionalism with this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU SEE THIS

Northwest Property Management sent an email to residents asking to call them at their 815 number to set a date for new mail key pick-up. After 2.5 months and at least 5 voicemails they never made an attempt to call me back. No worries though, the email said I can pick them up at the post office after a certain date. The post office they said to go to had no clue what I was talking about and on 2 occasions told me to call the company. I dont blame the post office, they didn't know that the company doesn't respond to anyone... I finally get someone on the phone at the this company and they refer me to the Manager Mark. Mark claims that the email instructions aren't accurate and if I need my mail I will have to travel to their office from my address. No they will not bring them to Naperville or the post office, just come and get them.

Very poor customer service. Maggie barely answers her phone and never returns calls. It takes forever for them to send someone out to resolve issues. Maggie has a poor attitude. I would stay clear of this business
