I loved living at Randall Village Apartments. I only was able to live there a year, but it was perfect for me. The rent was really reasonable for the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, much less expensive than similar ones I was looking at. It was fully updated and provided quiet living. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Loved the pool during the summer, and met some great people living there. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would have renewed for sure. Great place to live.

I highly recommend Randall Village Apartments for your leasing/living needs. Gayle is sweet and responsive, always willing to help when needed. The maintenance team, Tom and Mike, are exceedingly incredible whether it’s a standard work order or an emergency call. The entire team is personable, they are always looking out for myself and my daughter with special needs to ensure we are safe and happy in our apartment. The amenities are excellent, and I always know Gayle, Tom, and Mike are here for us like a second family.

Current resident, Happy to say It's been a pleasant experience living here this past year. The staff has always been great from the start. The grounds and outdoor areas have been kept up. I live on the first floor, no loud noises. When I'm inside a can't hear anything from either side apartments. Pool is nice to have and it's also kept up. Utilities are reasonable. The general area feels safe and is nice due to being close to neighborhoods, stores and restaurants on Randall Rd. There's also a bike/walking path nearby.

These are great apartments with a great team running it - they have full time maintenance who are available 7 days a week to fix anything that breaks or needs replacing. They always address any issue quickly and with a positive, professional attitude. From what I understand, the property was newly acquired/under new management, and they are constantly completing projects to improve the premises with new signs, paint, carpet, etc. I'm very impressed with this company!

The community of residents is overall very friendly, and many residents will greet you on your walks. The winding creek path is one street over, which provides miles of running/biking area and access to multiple parks. There are also great restaurants in walking distance, which is a huge plus.

Living here has been pleasant they fix things prominently and are good with the residents. They are pet friendly and provide pet waste bags. They also have a field for dogs nice new renovations and clean buildings.

Randall Village Apartments displayed appalling behavior, egregiously running reports without my consent or proper identification. Their staff's demeanor is beyond disrespectful, engaging in outright yelling and deliberately provoking arguments with residents. I strongly advise against this community; it's an absolute nightmare to deal with them.

We went to visit my in laws who live there. Their apartment is very nice with great natural light. The grounds are pretty and well cared for. My kids had a great time at the pool!
