Highly recommend! They played a pivotal role in helping our startup business get off the ground and provided support as we grew into a larger space. I’ve also turned to their leadership for business guidance which has been invaluable for our success.

Additionally, BEI manages a small apartment building for us, offering 24/7 on-call services for our tenants with efficiency and kindness. They’ve made owning a rental property stress-free.

After 8 years of working with them, the team at BEI is not only professional but also some of the kindest, most wonderful people you’ll meet.

As a growing 501(c)3 charity, we needed a space customized to our needs. This included not only a loading dock, but proximity to my home and the ability to grow in space without having to leave the physical location. This amazing team came through and has continued to come through year in and year out. Even as we grew, and we needed morecustomized space, the team was incredibly accommodating. Maintenance issue, no concerns they were there immediately. Hats off to the management and the incredible talented group of people there.

We have been with BEI since 2019. The partnership is exceptional. Staff at all levels are extremely professional and personable. When the time came to expand in 2022, there was no question we were in good hands.

Brad Schreiner of BEI is one of the best. He knows the market inside and out, and he is honest and treats his clients the way you would hope. I highly recommend Brad if you need to buy, sell, or lease commercial space.

If you are renting a residential property from BEI you should expect them to keep your security deposit. They kept (stole) my $3600 security deposit and informed me 45 days after it was supposed to be returned. I received an list of damages I supposably did to the house. It was very creative and some of the things down right lies. Steer clear from renting from them, if you like your money. Worst experience ever!!

I've worked with BE 3 times now and every time has been an absolute pleasure. Their TEAM is first class and always find the best space for my dollar. As long as I do business in the area I'll look towards Batavia Enterprises to handle the real estate.

I rented an adorable house from BEI for 3 years. When I first did a walk thru it was with a property manager Nikki. I was told the basement never got water and the appliances were almost new. We had pointed things out like the horrible condition of the linoleum and cracks in the wall, but chalked it up to that it’s a 120 year old home.

My kids and I loved the house. When the annual walk thru would happen I was always told how beautiful I’d made the house and that I truly made it into a home.

Unfortunately I put up with a lot. The basement did get water. A lot of water. There were cracks in the foundation that were so big wasps would get into the basement. The furnace broke during winter and I was made to stay in house for two days as it got down to 41 degrees. Thankfully I was able to get my kids to someone else’s, but I needed to stay home with the animals to protect them from the cold. The appliances turned out to be at least 20 years old... the stove had constant issues and when the dryer broke I was told the only way they’d get a new one was if I signed another year lease. Fridge pieces broke off within the first week, but was told I’d have to pay for new appliances.

When I asked this past January if I could buy a dishwasher I was told the house would go up for sale. I was offered to buy the house, but was given an astronomical selling price and then told they didn’t want me getting a realtor.

I ended up buying a home and moved, but when it came time to get my security deposit back it was an absolute fight. I was legally supposed to get it back within 30 days, but it took them 42. I was told they didn’t have my new address yet I showed proof I had emailed them 2 months prior. They took almost $500 without giving any invoices or breakdown, but told me the kitchen floors were dirty and needed to be professionally cleaned. The same floors that were noted in initial walk thru as permanently stained very old linoleum. I was told I didn’t give them a 4th key and had to charge me to change the locks even though I only got 3 and repeatedly told them this. Along with a mattress I had left and asked when I could sticker it and got no response and then 3 days later I saw 4 new mattresses left and I got charged for all of this! They never answered me about how long it took to get my deposit back and they lied about why money was taken. Maybe because their residential property manager changes hands at least once a year so nothing is kept tracked of?

I’m extremely disappointed since this was my home and my kids home for 3 years. We put up with a lot of things that were not maintained throughout the years and then I got charged for things that weren’t even me. As a single mom to have so much money stripped away is detrimental. I felt I was helping the new tenant by leaving all my curtain rods I installed and curtains so they weren’t left high and dry like I was on move in day and in return I got the shaft on so much.

They may be great for corporate rentals, but for residential I had a horrible experience all the way around except for how much I loved the actual house.
