He came highly referred from a friend, when sharing how my fiancé and I were not happy with the quality of services we were receiving from our current broker/agency, and were looking to cut ties.

The first time I contacted Tracy, we were able to set up a meeting that same day. We knew within 10 minutes into our meeting, Tracy was our man! During this initial meeting we learned so much, more than we did in the 3 weeks with our prior Broker. We laughed, he got to know us as a couple, actively listened as we expressed our needs and desires, which was important. Tracy is very direct and honest with you but always professional in his approach, which we very much appreciated and valued.

Tracy exceeded our expectations and was instrumental in getting our beautiful new home.
