She gave me great advice to get things ready for the best showings, communicated with me to ensure I understood every part of the process, and was an advocate for me throughout the sale. Leah is amazing to work with. Ours was not an easy search, especially since we were coming from out of state, but she has always been communicative, patient, and supportive. I’ve worked with other realtors who were more of the “just look around and let me know if you have questions” type when showing houses, but not Leah. I have to start with, to work with Leah Bond on the sale of our home was a fabulous experience. From day one she was honest and forthright about what we needed to do to sell our house. I felt that she thought I would get upset by her honesty, but that is what I loved about her. She came through our house and said what we needed to do to list it. She was my cheerleader along the way. It took a while for us to get our house ready to list and Leah was right there checking in and encouraging us. I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this experience with anyone else. This was our first time selling a home and I was quite nervous and had a lot of questions. She walked us through it all. Thank you Leah for being so honest, hardworking, encouraging and always having a smile on your face. I would recommend Leah to anyone selling a house.

I am so grateful that Leah Bond was my agent to help buy my first house. We worked with Leah to sell our house, and she was nothing short of stellar! We contacted her early in the process for a cross-country move. She was very helpful with suggesting a few updates that really helped sell the house but didn't break the bank (even meeting us at a local store to ensure we got a good deal).
When our house was listed we had already moved out of state. Leah was our boots on the ground and even helped with a thermostat problem and other issues. Her communication is great, and she kept us informed of all showings, feedback etc. From the listing to the closing, she made regular visits to the house to check on things. During the closing she was great to navigate everyone through a date change.
Ultimately, we can't imagine having gone with anyone else. Leah is hard-wired to do a great job. She really took ownership and was personally invested in selling our house.

Where do I start? From the very first call to Leah I knew she was the one. We were blown away from the minute we met her! Wow!! She did not disappoint. Her excitement, her ability to understand our wants, her knowledge of the market, her patience with all the questions we had, and everything else in between.
