Investors know the rules of the game well, when buying a house. Unfortunately, you may have missed out on your dream home to your family, because you don't know the secret rules. 🪙🥇

My husband called many times, asked questions, sent msn, tried to clear up doubts, she answered but never helped us or said anything.
Only when we lost "our" home, REMAX Rising mentioned the SECRET RULE that was responsible for losing. Now, the house we tried to buy for our family, after 3 months, was put up for sale for $100k more. 🧨🎆 💵💰

"I JUST HOPE YOU'RE NOT STUPID LIKE US". Please don't be. 🤡

Look for another team that will clarify all the rule to you dont lose your home to an investor. I wish that you win.

Jeff Tod is AMAZING in my first time home buying process, he not only went from town to town, and home to home with me, but made me feel heard. He searched day and day looking for my dream home with everything I’d asked for. If I had any questions he’d answer them right away and if he was unable to you bet your bottom he found someone who could. Jeff gives you that sense of hope when looking through homes even if it’s your 10th home and your loosing hope. When all stress was on my shoulders with financing and number he reached out and checked on me making sure all was well and if I needed anything during process. He wasn’t in it for just the sale he was in this process with me to make sure I loved where I lived and that I would be happy in my dream home and for that I am so thankful and will only have him as my realtor!

I would not recommend. Bought a home from out of state. Trusted word of realtor Jared L. and home inspector Mark S. Ended up with a hole in my shower that somehow got past both of them. When our trip was delayed due to car trouble and a sick toddler i asked to push back the closing so we could see the house first. They insisted that everyone would having to redo all the paperwork and it would be a big inconvenience. Then pushed for ways that i could make the closing. To avoid putting everyone through that we drove all night to get there and Jared didn't show up you the closing. He ended up in a ditch for rushing to do the final walk through an hour before the closing when it takes 35 minutes to and from location. The house was filthy and damaged more than i was lead to believe. A new roof was part of the closing negotiations, however the check we received was only for a partial roof quote. The roofer didn't get to see the inside of the roof and was asked for a partial roof quote from looking at the outside. We were promised a full roof per negotiations. So he ended up doing the whole thing for that partial roof quote with a promise to send business his way. He did an amazing job and was very gracious.
Trusting remax and Jared and moving out here is something we still regret.

We had called Lisa C., who was listed as the agent on Zillow to inquire about a property we were interested in. She called us back and was very rude, unprofessional, and in a hurry when we were inquiring about the property. We asked her what she knew about the area and she responded with, “I don’t know. I don’t live there, either.” She was very short with her answers, and that’s aside from the extremely loud background she was calling from. Horrible experience and we will make sure to not work with her moving forward!

First time home buyer and it was an atrocious experience honestly. Realtor Greg was exceptional at first (the sell) but once he got paid the remainder of the deliverables and follow thrus ceased. We’re still waiting on a couple of negotiated items to be finished. Additionally, the “inspector” he used (Jeff Gaither) is not only new to the game but quite frankly horrible at his post retirement job. We’ve had electricians and other various contractors in the house since closing and EVERY single one has cautioned us about different violations (not up to code). Needless to say, we learned a lot and the best advice I can give to those looking to purchase their first home, is to be cautious and do your own homework to check against what your realtor is feeding you because at the end of the day you must remember that they’re just looking for that next check and you’re just a number to them unfortunately.
