SVN Stone “manages” a condo I own in Lexington. This scene is a frequent one. Would you want to live someplace (~$1/2M condos) where you literally couldn’t get in/out the MAIN ENTRANCE facing Main Street of your building? No one seems to be able to make this go away despite my very many requests and demands. Ridiculous management despite a hefty HOA fee. And yes, the placement of these trash cans was completely their idea as a matter of “convenience” to residents. Talk about curb appeal!!!
