I have been renting with Core 3 for almost 4 years and my experience has been wonderful! They have always made sure I was comfortable and always quick to make repairs. Although my requests may be minor in nature they are always quick to find a remedy.

Thank you Core 3 for the experience you have presented to me and I am glad to have found a home after relocating from Maryland. You all have been a joy in my leap of faith and words alone here in a review are not enough to show how much I truly appreciate you all!! And thank you all for answering all my calls and messages sometimes I feel like a nuisance.

I highly recommend!

I have leased from Core-3 PM for two years now. This month, I decided I was going to downsize instead of renewing my current lease. Kristal, the leasing agent, was so very helpful in this endeavor. She was very knowledgeable and quite prompt in responding to my messages. I was able to find a stunning studio, in my price range, and Kristal went to bat for me securing an arrangement with property owner that would allow me to secure the unit until my current lease expires. I couldn't be happier with my choice to rent from Core-3.

Core 3 and my Property Manager there, Kristal, do a wonderful job managing my properties. Kristal is super-responsive and takes care of any issues in a timely manner. I recently added an additional property to my portfolio. It needed some work done including a small construction project before it could be rented out. I was amazed at how quickly it all was addressed. I highly recommend Core 3!

I had a wonderful experience with Chad from maintenance. He as very polite, knowledgeable, and quick. I put in a work order and he was here within the hour. Its employees like this that help tenants feel important and first class. If thinking of moving, think of core 3. You will be taken care of all the way from the office staff to the maintenance staff. Wonderful experience.

I have been a client of Core 3 for property management services in Bloomington-Normal for about 3 years now and have had excellent results. They manage about 200 apartment units across close to 20 buildings and have done a great job with a tough assignment. The property managers are competent, responsive, and thorough. They attend quickly and efficiently to routine maintenance requests, help us source the best vendors, and even help plan with long term capital improvements. Kristal and her team are a pleasure to work with and I enthusiastically recommend Core 3 to any property owners.

I’ve rented a storage unit from Core 3 for approximately 2 years, give or take. The folks who work in the office have all been very friendly and I’ve never encountered any issue with the employees at all.

However, Core 3 seems to be plagued with a host of odd problems. First, there is no way to pay rent online without paying a rather large fee. For me to pay my storage unit rent online requires additional payment of a fee that is anywhere from $3-10 depending on method of payment used. Not being able to pay rent online is incredibly inconvenient as I travel frequently and have actually had to plan trips around the Core 3 payment.

Second, the youngsters associated with the baseball facility practice in the storage unit area which means if you drive your car into the loading bay you stand a reasonable chance of having it damaged by an errant ball. They do not move, either. Playing catch or practicing pitching techniques within feet of vehicles does not seem to worry them in the least. Wanna drive your Land Rover or Genesis into a bay with kids throwing baseballs close by?

Third, it’s not a safe facility as anything smaller than a regular sedan cannot trigger the door mechanism. This means that a driver can gain ingress to the loading bay but cannot get out. I rode my motorcycle to my unit one evening to grab something quickly but became trapped inside the bay after the main door closed as my bike did not trigger the door. I called a relative to come and see if they could get the door open but no one was home to answer the phone. I was finally able to call an employee in the office who had not left for the day. He was able to punch in his access code to get the door raised. This was honestly a bit humorous but could prove very dangerous under the wrong conditions. If I had not had my cell phone on my person I would have had to try and break the door’s glass in an attempt to get out. It could have ended quite differently.

Finally, storage unit renters do not have unfettered access to their units. I just drove over to get some needed items from my unit and was unable to gain access because the system was “offline”. It would be far more logical to provide storage unit renters with keys to the main door to allow ingress and egress in the event of the system being offline. I’m paying for complete access to my storage unit but have it.

Since Krystal has taken over as our property manager, things have gone very well. She gives prompt replies to questions and sees things from our point of view. Were are happy to continue with CORE3 thanks to her professionalism.
There have been a couple of issues with paperwork which she has always been able to sort out to our satisfaction.
