Randy at RST Rentals is great. Very fair pricing, maintenance requests handled within a day or two, and moving in/out avoids a lot of the hidden fees other rental companies try to tack on (no $250 "redecorating fee")!

As a pet owner I also appreciate that the lease doesn't require cats to be declawed, unlike some other companies in Bloomington/Normal.
