We rented a BRT duplex on the 4-H Road in Eureka for 4 years and really enjoyed it! The full basement and two car (barely! haha) garage were great assets. We really enjoyed the quiet subdivision for daily walks and runs, and being on the edge of town we even saw an occasional deer and lots of pretty fall colors. The BRT management quickly and professionally handled any issues as they came up. We would highly recommend it!

Renting from BRT was a great experience. Our Deer Creek townhouse was the perfect place to rent with my husband working in Peoria and myself in Bloomington. Bob and Ashley were very easy to work with from the start. All correspondences were managed in a timely manner. Any concerns were also addressed quickly. The 2 car garage was wonderful. It was a relief to have our vehicles inside during the winter. We loved not having to worry about snow removal, as well.

I was fortunate enough to live with BRT for a year in their duplexes on 1st Street in Deer Creek, IL. I loved coming home to a row of well maintained and inviting homes. They always kept the grounds in beautiful shape, were professional and kind in communicating, and were very quick on any maintenance concerns. I couldn’t recommend a better property management company in Central IL area.

Our overall experience with BRT has been amazing. We have been living in one of the 400 apartments for a little over a year. We chose this location due to the proximity of our future home building site, the privacy of the neighborhood, and the overall attractiveness of the unit itself. Whenever we've had an issue (garage door, heating/cooling, etc), BRT has been very prompt to respond and get the problem fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this as a rental for anyone and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience to date.

My husband and I spent our first year of marriage in the 300 townhouse section. We loved the townhouses! It was great to have a downstairs and upstairs along with having a full bath and one half bath (located downstairs). It was nice for our guests to use a different bathroom than our personal one. There was some great amenities (double car garage, full tall fenced patio area, ability to have pets, hook ups for washer/dryer, and the thing we miss the most was a HUGE master bedroom with TWO closets and a beautiful window). If you are looking to live in Deer Creek, I would HIGHLY recommend BRT management property!

I have been renting a townhouse from BRT for the past year and a half, and I must say that they are the best rental agency that I have ever rented from. Any concerns that I have had about the townhouse have quickly been addressed, even if it meant coming out on a day before a holiday to fix a tub drain!

Some of the best things about BRT and the 400 townhouse properties are:
--newer rental properties with nice amenities including washer/dryer hookups, double vanity in the main bath, spacious 1.5 car garage, convenient and private patios
--no smoking rentals
--allow pets (with a one time non-refundable deposit)
--very clean when you take ownership with a new lease
--snow removal and lawn care are included
--spacious bedrooms
--parking spaces by your townhouse
--and many more!

I would highly recommend BRT's staff and properties to anyone looking for a rental in the area!

We lived at the College Park Duplexes for 1 year and totally enjoyed it in Eureka. The BRT management was very quick to our responses to any of our needs or issues. They were very informative. I would definitely recommend them. They were excellent landlords!!

We had a great experience literally renting sight unseen during COVID moving from Michigan to Eureka Illinois. However, when we purchased a home and paid the early termination fee our deposit refund was far less than expected. The tenant before us had pets that tore up the carpet going into both bedrooms. It was patchwork repaired from a closet after we moved in and the carpet installer even told my husband it wouldn’t hold up. We were charged a hefty fee from our deposit for carpet and $30 for a toilet that wasn’t cleaned satisfactorily even though I know it was clean.
