Renee, through no fault of her own, had a recent listing get really tricky right when it was about to close. The original lender totally screwed up, but Renee kept her cool, assessed the new reality, and counseled her clients to wisely hang in there while my firm took over the financing.

That’s not an easy thing to do, but through great communication between her and the other agent, and teamwork all along the way, the deal was saved and closed right on schedule with the short extension she negotiated. I hope I get to cross paths with Renee again soon!

THE BEST! Renee was professional, responsive, and a delight to work with. We’ve tried multiple realtors before being referred to her in 2019. What a blessing! She helped us navigate the CA market (we moved from TX) and find a great home within our price range. She helped us negotiate the deal and get some closing costs lowered due to needed repairs. Very thankful she had us hire our own home inspector. In 2022, she sold that same home (we moved to CO) for us in record time! We wouldn't have sold so quick, with multiple offers on the table, if we didn’t take her advice on the small fixer up repairs needed to make the home really POP during showings.
