When I was tasked with having to sale the family home I looked at several options. I found Frank Buys Houses and made the call and to my great surprise Frank answered. Frank's knowledge of the community and his overall approach in making the process quick and easy was a relief to our family. I made a few calls to other investors but was only able to leave messages. As the seller this was one smooth transaction from start to finish. Although initially it was supposed to be a 10 day close we ended up with a 7 day close including 2 weekend days. Very impressed with Frank’s professionalism & dedication to his profession. Thank you again Frank.

Frank was a huge help in a frustrating emotional time. We were handling the trust of my father who recently passed and there were many moving parts when it came to the house. I was going through a very difficult time and had to make a difficult decision to sell my house for cash .I met with a few cash buyers but Frank came highly recommended by Old Republic Title company. Even one of the other cash buyers said if you don’t go with me Frank is a great guy .I have worked with him before and he is honest and gets the job done .And were they right. !
We were supposed to close but I ended up having issues with the sale because of an uncooperative other party so I had to go back to court.
Frank was very compassionate and understanding and did not pressure me ever.
After everything was squared away with the court we closed within a few days .
The money was wired the following day .
I had left a wheelchair behind and had wanted to donate it to a rehab center that had helped our family in the past but was unable to . It was too heavy and big for me to handle.
Frank took it upon himself to load it into his car and drive it over to that rehab center and donate it on my behalf ,that just shows what a wonderful person he is.
I would trust him and recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in that situation of having to sell your house to a cash buyer.

If I could give Frank 10/10 stars I would. I called Frank on a Sunday & within minutes he gave a fair offer, we signed papers on Monday and we closed escrow three days later. Even in that short amount of time, I quickly grew to trust Frank and he made the entire process as seamless and painless as possible & was communicative throughout. Frank is the greatest to sell your property to. He is straight forward, quick and no none sense.
He called me next morning after my wife put up a intension to sell our rental property. We made a fair deal over the phone. He stopped by the property next day for a quick look at the property, then we confirmed the deal. A simple pain English contract was then presented to seller to sign. Following the signed document, an escrow was opened. Escrow was then closed within the contract date.
The whole process completed within 10 days.
