The lady at the front desk was told our credit score wasn't bad but if it's not enough can we have a co signer that has great credit she said yes so our Application fee was $40 and the co signer was $40. The lady said it would take up 2 days and we will get a call. A week later she calls and said we wasn't approved and I ask was it the credit score she said yes. I call our co signer and told him he said that's weird because if anyone checks my credit or pulls it up it sends me instant notification. So his credit was never checked that was the reason for the $40 Application fee for them to run it

90% of the individuals that lived in my building is a smoker. If you are not a smoker I do not reccomend living here. You cannot breathe at night and your apartment will stink of smoke 24/7. They don’t do anything about it even if it endangers your health or your rights to quiet enjoyment law. There is cockroaches and brown recluse crawling around the apartment from the nasty neighbors that live around us. And even asking numerous times to get rid of the pests. Nothing ever gets done and the “bug man” never comes when scheduled or is months behind. The carpets are nasty and need to be changed and you will be charged for a “cleaning fee” no matter if they decide to even clean the carpets or not. Not to mention your paying $500 a month for this lack of commitment. And they are always looking for a way around doing repairs to the apartment and full of excuses. There is a book to be said further but I ain’t got all day.

Dont bother applying for a rental if u Don't already qualify to purchase. If u have at least a 580 just go apply for the correct loan and PURCHASE instead of getting robbed on rent prices! They just take your $40/adult to pull a free credit report and deny you, waste of time to put all that other info on the app bc they dont use it. They should just ask for the $40 and a release to pull ur credit. Who knows how much they make daily on application fees alone. You'd think they may have more availability with all that extra income.

Like the other reviewer before me, the apartment we moved into wasn't cleaned or painted properly, then we were charged for it once we moved out, a long with a few other made up charges. Definitely can not recommend.

I have lived here for about a year. Friendly community, not many loud neighbors, and if anything needs replaced and repaired--they come out asap! I love living here!

They never cleaned the apartment before I moved in, then charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out. Very shady people.
