They say they are all about family, but they force the homeowners to pay $65 a month for LMA. All the homeowners came together as a community and rejected the price increase of over 100% but then they said it was a mistake on their part that we could attend the budget meeting and oppose the price increase. Sounds very greedy and not family friendly!

Jenuane Communities has an incredible new development called Sunset Bluffs! It's located a little west of Reno off of the Mogul exit on Interstate 80.

This local builder is completely different than the huge publicly traded builders around here, and you are NOT just a number with them and they actually care about the homes they build!

We have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of their homes, and the way they do business!

In fact, we were so impressed that we decided to have them build our new house at Sunset Bluffs!

Highly recommended and definitely 5 Stars!!!

Moved in on September 2nd 2022. Don did walk through . told me and my wife he spent hours inspecting our new home before we took ownership. Well the Gas Dryer,Furnace and water heater was never checked by him because ... gas was not turned on. He did nothing but show up.A/C did not work.After 1 week we found multiple issues that needed repair. The RV ready !! was a joke the grade was so lop sided i could not fit my Class C RV through the gate. The brick work terrible..cabinets doors crooked..stucco missing and blobbed..garage door was installed wrong..missing caulk around whole exterior..rear garage door had gapes . The house still had dirt from workers.Tile grout on base cabinets and moldings. Our $12,000 kitchen counters tops had glue residue all over. Drive way and sidewalk with big red X for replacement .So ...Derek, was assigned to us after multiple complaints and have fixed some things over eights months. Nothing but excuses and no response to complete defects. Not what we expected for a $700,000 house. I am very disappointed in this home builder.

Customer service to the worst I have been dealing with in the four previous properties owned. Jenuane within 1 year span cabinets in kitchen falling apart, tile in master shower incompetent grouting, massive sheetrock cracks, no turn off for outdoor faucet. Water leak from outdoor faucet caused carpet damage. Systems where all winterized and hose take off. You shortcut on putting in a shutdown valve for hose bibbs very disappointed.

I just want to say thank you Jenuane homes, I love my new house. I went to look at the model homes in Jan and entered into contract in February and closed in August.The whole home buying process went very smoothly working with Barbie Marcoe at the sales office and using Guild Mortgage the preferred lender. Barbie went over everything with a fine tooth comb and explained everything in great detail. Thanks Barbie you were the best! The next step was to meet for the design appt to pick out flooring, granite, cabinets, etc etc. I wasn’t sure what to expect before the appt but it was such a pleasure working with Hannah Isbister at KDH builders. It was so excited to pick out everything I felt like a kid at Christmas. Thank you Hannah you made my appointment a special day. Lastly, signing and the walk-thru was a breeze. Thank you Adrian for making sure we knew how to use everything. You were very patient and went over everything in the house.👍

Requesting inspection or repair during the warranty period didn’t go anywhere for me. I would probably pay for the repair myself but the builder needs to show that they care, especially when the house is less than 1 Yr old. Going for Toll Brothers on the next home, if I ever purchase one more.

I bought from JENUANE 15 months ago and was very satisfied with he sales team, preferred lender and even the initial build. However, I addressed items in my closing and they are still not fixed. I have sent an email at least every month and it has motivated me to let you all know. Their Motto is: "Because not all home builders are created equal" JENUANE and KDH Builders should be ashamed of their motto!
