I spent a lot of money for KDH Builders LLC. to build a home in Jenuane Communities at Kiley Ranch. I am very disappointed with the quality of the build and the post build repairs needed. Decorative rocks are falling of the front of the house, the central heat and air system makes raddling noises through the vents so loud I can't sleep, the concrete sub floor so noticeably uneven the vinyl plank flooring is raised at the joints. The first vinyl plank floor was so bad KDH had to replace the hole floor and told me that the concrete sub floor high spots needed to be ground down and a self-leveling compound needed to be used prior to re-installing the new floor. When the flooring company showed up to replace the floor, they simply removed the first floor, did nothing to the sub floor and installed the second floor. Now the second floor looks horrible just like the first and KDH is refusing to fix it the right way. KDH did repair the decorative rock initially but will not return to repair the other rocks that have fallen and will not find and repair the raddling in the Central Heat and Air ducting forcing me to pay contractors to correct their poor quality of work. My home closed escrow on 4/30/2018 and I have had these issues from day one, my neighbor is having similar issues as well. I am now forced to seek legal help to push KDH to honor their commitment, do the right thing, and repair their poor-quality construction and installation. I just can't believe that I paid top dollar for their services with nearly $30k in upgrades and am receiving such poor and unethical treatment. I wanted to write a review about my expierence with the KDH warranty department. We unfortunately had a water leak last night at our new home build in Spanish springs. I called the emergency line and spoke to Brandi & Rodrigo who were excellent and got a technician over quickly to fix the repair! I wanted to thank them for all they do. I even heard from one of the owners who reached out to make sure everything was taken care of! While not KDH's own fault, it was someone who had been contracted with them who simply made a mistake. All homeowners, please remember it was not anyone in the Warranty Deparment that personally made a mistake on your home. They are only as good as their subcontractors, superintendents and staff who are at the end of the day human. I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but I think there are a lot of people that dont leave reviews about how good of a job KDH did do for them. Thank you all again for getting our home fixed!

Bought a “new semi-custom” home. Little to no quality control. Semi-custom infers better quality in my books and this house is run of the mill mass production home status. Poor communication with both contractors and myself when it comes to attempting to fix problems. Non stop excuses with no solutions. A lot of “he said she said” instead of ownership to the mistakes or overlooked items. A lot of canceled appointments the day before. The neighborhood is a mess with garbage everywhere! If you’re looking for a move in ready home, you can move in but there will be a looooots to fix after you move in! If you’ve already purchased and haven't moved in, good luck they’ve got your money. Seems like that’s all they care about.

I'm spending over 900 thousand dollars for a semi custom house at the Sunset Bulfs and so far the stucco is the worse I've ever seen in owing 12 houses. Its got chicken wire sticking out in dozens of places. The stucco is very wavie and uneven through out the exterior. The columns edges are crooked and uneven. The brick installation is uneven horizontally and doesn't lay flat against the stucco. Several areas of the brick installation are needed to be torn out and redone. There is definitely no quality control pertaining to the Subs installation practice. It appears that management doesn't care about the quality of their houses. How KDH builder's were rate number 1 in Nevada beats me. Im personally embarrassed for KDH builder's. My wife and I have 10 months invested in this house and we're in shock at the lack of their do deligents.

Very ruff build quality. Bought 6 months ago sorry I did. Crooked walls crooked flooring cracks showing up. Came back to fix flooring pulled out appliances pulled up floor to find moisture. No functioning kitchen no time line on fix. Saying they are waiting on concrete co. Do your self a favor and skip this builder.

The people are rude and inconsiderate, for their age they act like high schoolers. It’s beyond me how they still have costumers when they don’t care about anyone but themselves. They only care about the drama and talk behind their employees back. They are all about helping people but they don’t treat anyone with kindness and when someone does need help, they aren’t there to help. They aren’t doing their damn job and just sit around doing nothing.
